We arrived in the evening at 23.30, we were settled in a room with two single beds, although we asked for one double bed, as we planned to celebrate the anniversary, to which we were promised to change the room the next day, they promised a brunch, but then we "got frostbitten" and we went to bed hungry. The next day we asked to be moved to another room as promised, for about two hours we waited for them to come for us, constantly called the reception and reminded us of ourselves, then they moved us but they said that the keys to the room did not work and left us in the room with things but without keys, we were waiting for the keys to close the room and go sunbathing, in general, moving to another room took us about 5 hours, thanks for the EXCELLENT SERVICE !! ! The food was badly cooked, either greasy or gritty, and there were flies flying over the jam. After the fish restaurant, I had a high temperature and allergies for the rest of my stay.
Advantages - good appearance of the hotel with a sea view and a good coral reef. Delicious coffee in the Mozart cafe, excellent hookah. Once we were lucky enough to have dinner at la gondola restaurant, it was very tasty. They all know how to cook when they want.
Disadvantages - poor food (Citadel breakfast, lunch), dirty rooms, mold in the bathroom, poor service.
