For the first time I am writing a review of a hotel in Egypt. I travel a lot and meticulously choose hotels. I used to visit Egypt (I didn't stay in cheap hotels), but later I said that I would never go to Egypt again! ! ! ! ! But in October 2018, I was persuaded to fly on vacation again to Egypt and friends recommended only this hotel. And so .... , service, almost perfect by 90% (it is clear that not all staff do their job in good faith - in a family not without a pagan). I first saw such cleanliness in Egypt, as in the whole hotel, beaches, toilets, swimming pools, jacuzzi (at night they drain the water and wash them, I saw it three times myself), I would say that if there is garbage somewhere, it's only tourists themselves throw it, because every 10m there are dumps (for example: in each room two ashtrays, but tourists thinking that paid for the rest, I will throw, spit where I got and on the lower balconies then lying cigarette butts, and then say. ....

Most toilets are equipped for the disabled, this is not the case in every rehabilitation center (travel around the hotel is also designed for such people) and there are tables for mothers with infants. Towels on the beach are replaced at any time at your request (not every hotel does this), there are no problems with places on the beaches, but as always Ukrainians and katsaps occupy all from 6 am, thank God there are few)))! we ruined the card from the room, the money did not take as in most hotels, good food, especially grill, bars at the reception make natural coffee and work with cheap MONIN syrups, and usually in Egypt all on super chemical syrups, delicious ice cream in a cafe.
In the evenings there is live music at the reception, there is good service, there are fresh flowers around, which you will not see in every hotel, and movies and cartoons on schedule are pleasing to the eye. The administration constantly monitors the staff, and the managers control the administration. If there was any remark to them, it was quickly corrected. 5 building is the oldest, but the rooms are well maintained. We had the 5th building, the 3rd and 8th! 8th newest in the number of rooms, but there is a normal shower, and the 5th old building and smaller terraces, but a shower overlooking the sea)))! good service with suitcases (imported, signed tags, picked up, loaded on the bus), honestly .... , I have not left how many tips at the resorts! I wanted to leave tips around ... , on the beach, in restaurants, loaders, waiters, cooks ...

, well, as if I wrote everything)), on the beach there are various proposals, artificial lagoons, 2 with a sandy bottom (small sandy entrance), low tide and tides as always. !!
The hotel itself is decorated with coral (natural coral when heated from 25 to 50 years releases additional mineralization, which has a great effect on health), a beautiful panoramic pool. Overall, this hotel changed my attitude towards Egypt. I plan to go to this hotel to rest for a month with the whole homeland.
