In general, the impressions of the hotel were very good, initially they were positive, but with caution that the hotel is currently undergoing construction work on the embankment (on January 7, the winners of the African Football League should be awarded at the hotel, and this indicates that the hotel in terms of its level and infrastructure as a whole, it is suitable for holding such events).

- Check-in at the hotel: we arrived at the hotel around 19:00, the transfer from the airport by bus, taking into account transportation to other hotels, took us about 40 minutes, the check-in itself took place at lightning speed, for 10 minutes, which cannot but rejoice, they immediately gave bracelets and sent to dinner.

- Room and building: initially they ordered a standard, and they settled in the 5th building, room number 5012 on the so-called 1st floor, at first they were upset by the 1st floor, but as time showed, they feared in vain, everything tripled us, the sea view was excellent and a plus 1st floor is that you do not need to walk up and down the stairs a lot, and in the hot season this is important, since the hotel buildings are mainly built according to the cascade system, and you will have to walk a lot. If you are afraid that under the windows of the room on the 1st floor there will be noise and unnecessary fuss, in vain, this was not in our building, by the way, the standard rooms on the 1st floor also have their own large track with a table and two chairs. The standard room as a whole left very good impressions, until the end of the holiday there was an impression that in fact they lived in some kind of semi-lux, the room is simply huge, about 40 sq. m. , a large double bed, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in the room, they asked for an iron , brought and left until the end of the holiday, bathrobes and slippers in the room GIVE ON REQUEST the next day after the settlement, we did not take it because we did not need it. For those who are interested, you can connect your USB flash drive to the TV. Cleaning in the room without frills and weaving figures from towels, but we didn’t need this, the cleaning was generally of high quality, tips were left daily, everything suited us and we had no complaints about cleaning the room. Drinks in the room are replenished daily and free of charge (plain bottled water, Coca-Cola, Sprite), there is also an electric kettle in the room, instant coffee, tea, sugar replenished daily. In my opinion, the location of buildings 4 and 5 is the best, here I agree with many.
- Internet: as a compliment, the next day after checking in, they brought and connected a router with the ability to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi for FREE, the signal is stable and fast, in addition, at the airport I bought a Vodafone SIM card for 20 GB (more than enough) at a price of 13 dollars , so I was constantly in touch both in the room, and on the beach, and during excursions, and during not numerous outings outside the hotel, but more on that later.
- The territory of the hotel, pools and beaches: If you just write that the territory is large, it will not be true, it is just huge and very beautiful, the hotel as a whole is very "clean" and is constantly cleaned by staff. A lot has been written about pools and beaches by vacationers and I won’t repeat it. I describe our perception of the hotel's beaches as for people who do not swim well))) At the sea, we were only closer to the so-called lagoon, there is a sandy gentle entrance and places for swimming for such "super swimmers" as we were, to be honest, not enough. If we describe the pools of this hotel, then we got the impression that everything is not so rosy with this issue, and there are problems with the pools. There are 2 infinity pools, 1 in winter without heating at all, and no one bathes in it, on the contrary, there are a lot of people near the 2 infinity pool, as it is heated, there is not enough space, a pile of sunbeds and they are placed back to back. The infinity pools themselves are not large in size, so the places near them need to be "filled" in advance, there is also a problem with umbrellas, there is not enough, you can forget about the shade near the infinity pools, respectively, if you relax immediately upon arrival near these pools, you can get burned specifically. The third pool, the so-called palm, will be larger and heated, but too small (for children, most likely), there are several jacuzzis near it (not impressed, as it is not fully operational), there is a bar near the pool, the quality of drinks is not very good, the service near the sunbeds has a feeling that there is none at all, the bartender there with all his fibers shows dislike for the Slavs, demonstrates this without hesitation, the "racist" is specific, when approaching the bar counter of the Slavs, he abruptly changes his facial expressions, for no reason, but seeing Europeans are changing dramatically for the better. I didn’t have any conflicts with this bartender, I watched his boorish behavior from the side for several days, I think that such a staff has no place in such a wonderful hotel.
To sum up the issue of pools, I think this is a problem of the hotel, in my opinion, for such a huge hotel, the issue of pools is critical in my opinion, and we personally did not manage to have a good rest near the pool. I also do not think that families with small children will be 100% comfortable in this hotel.

Weather at the end of December: The hotel management is not to blame for this))) I think that this hotel is not suitable for winter holidays, out of 6 days and 7 nights spent at the hotel, there was almost no wind for 3 days and a yellow flag was hung on the beach, all the rest days the wind blew very strongly and, accordingly, the red flag flaunted. The average air temperature was 25 degrees. C, sea 22 degrees, if not for the wildest wind, the discomfort from which you feel only when you get out of the water and in the evening, then everything would be ok. There is a lot of space on the beaches, there are no heaps of sunbeds, there was no place to choose a location for relaxation, the bars on the beaches worked fine, the quality of soft drinks and cocktails is normal for Egypt.
Service: everyone is trying very hard, and here, apart from the rude bartender near the palm pool, there is nothing to complain about, all the staff work smoothly, clearly, and try to please the vacationers. Separate praise to the Reception and Guest Relation employees are competent people and solve problems very quickly and efficiently. I applaud the Cossacks for service in general, well done !!!
Meals: For lovers of red fish, this is not the place for breakfast))) In general, the menu is varied and there is always plenty to choose from, at lunchtime and for dinner there are always several types of meat, with us alternating dishes of beef, chicken, lamb, duck, pigeons grilled and kebabs, seafood were mussels, crabs, fried fish and squids in batter, they also made fish on the grill. Upon arrival, the first 2 days the food seemed somehow monotonous or something, and did not cause delight, but then it apparently “broke through”, I don’t know what it is connected with, perhaps with Catholic Christmas, then everything fell into place and the variety of food was huge and of high quality . I do not share admiration for the work of confectioners, yes, confectionery products are beautifully decorated, but their variety and quality wants to be better, everything is the same type (biscuit under a different look) and is very boring. The variety of fruits in my opinion also wants to be better. I share the opinion that the cooks who make the grill are not competent in their work and very often overcook the meat to the coals, many have written about this more than once. The waiters are excellent, there were no complaints. In general, out of 5 food points to a solid 4, there is something to work on.
Don't worry about repairs, everything should be over after January 7 and the hotel embankment will be even more wonderful. Until January 7, I would not recommend staying in buildings that are near the embankment, the noise is present, although it is diluted with music)))

The disadvantages include: the location of the hotel (far from the center of Hurghada), entry into the sea, small pools, there is no way to choose a taxi at your discretion, there is a monopoly on the services of an exclusively hotel taxi, but they are not cheap, in this hotel, forget that in Egypt there is a cheap taxi))) a very annoying and frequent offer of spa services.
