My wife and I chose a hotel for a very long time, according to many reviews and video reviews, we decided to go to Albatros Citadel. The hotel is unfortunately disappointing. We arrived at the hotel for 18 hours, after which we waited for a room until 20. The occupancy was 100 percent, but the hotel infrastructure itself was only 60 percent operational. Half of the cafes and restaurants of the hotel did not work, which is why dinners and breakfasts were collected for all lunches huge queues. The food itself was the same type and scarce all 7 days. The hotel had the main contingent of Slavic countries, which made it feel like you were in Alushta or Zatoka... Crowds of screaming children, rude parents, and so on, romance...
Sun loungers near the lagoons were engaged in towels from 4 in the morning, while the borrowers themselves, at best, came to their busy sun loungers by 11. A bunch of gobies were stuck on the beach, garbage floats in the sea, beach-boys are reluctant to clean up. The room was taken standard, it turned out to be tolerable, the bathroom was a little damaged. Many people who flew to this hotel with us were even less fortunate, as they were initially placed in rooms without electricity, and they had to knock out new rooms the next day, which turned out to be very difficult. Room cleaning was not very good. Staff without masks in the kitchen, worn on their chins. Disinfection - stupid bleach on the dining room table, and wiped. You sit, chewing your already not very tasty food, and even with the aromas of bleach.
In general, I would not recommend this hotel to people who want to relax in peace, without wars for sun loungers and food in the dining room)
