I'll start from the beginning, the operator is Azur Air, the plane is normal, the flight is clear from Kyiv, we were met at the airport, fairly quickly assigned to the bus, and at 6.30 in the morning we were already at the hotel. Upon arrival at the reception, when asked when you can check in, they answered come by 10, immediately put on a bracelet and sent for breakfast. I note right away that the hotel is insanely beautiful, made of coral, it is the only one of its kind in Egypt. After breakfast, we went to the sea and returned to the reception by 10, where we were told that the room was ready and settled. We were 2 adults. and two children aged 3 and 6.
ROOM. We got a room in the 7th building, deluxe, the room is very beautiful and large, everything worked, had a normal appearance, everything worked properly for the entire period of stay. Shampoo and all accessories brought and replenished without problems. The Internet does not work, although the roller is in the room, only the reception to send messages.

Vskidku, vacationers were about 80% Ukrainians, 15% Belarusians and 5% local Arabs. When walking, it seemed that he had not gone anywhere)
SEA. Here I am completely disappointed, there is practically none here, the royal lagoon? It’s funny how royal it is, a narrow passage where 100 people are splashing and sunbeds, well, that’s all, in the evening they lay down towels, they come at best for dinner, there is no limit to the dibilism of compatriots! There is also an artificial lagoon, but swimming there is sad. In short, there is no sea. This was my biggest disappointment.
NUTRITION. So, there is a Citadel restaurant, divided into two halves. Almost everything was crowded into one, which created huge queues at the entrance, although the managers tried to somehow look for places, but there were a lot of people and they clearly did not succeed. Food, this was my second disappointment with this hotel, I heard that due to covid food fell throughout Egypt, but I did not think so. Fruit is a separate issue, bananas are terrible and green, apples are not tasty and green melon is a tin, I have not seen anything like this in any hotel, oh yes, there were also grapes, this is the only thing you could eat. With meat dishes tin, the worst I've seen, and in Egypt, I'm not the first time and always rested in hotels at a level below the Citadel. I liked the Moroccan restaurant, everything was beautiful and tasty, the coffee from the machines was stupidly drunk, the beer was more or less, the rest even smelled terrible... In the Marina cafe from 14.00 to 17.00 they gave ice cream, 4 types, tasty, children ate with pleasure.
You could see the attitude towards the local vacationing Arabs, an Arab comes up with a plate, he imposes norms on him, ours comes up - he puts a piece and looks, they say, come on, what is not enough? Well, something like that... Nobody adhered to the mask regime, they wore masks on their beards for show, yes, I forgot to say, yupi drinks, also diluted with water, swill is such that it cannot be expressed in words, especially in the morning, for lunch and in the evening you could take cola and mirinda.

ENTERTAINMENT. Here I have my third disappointment... I have never seen such a boring hotel... even the young people were hanging out in the evenings and did not know what to do... yes, events were held in the amphitheater every other day, there was live music in the evenings, but all this was somehow sleepy and sad. . .
RESULT: the hotel is definitely not a VIP as it positions itself, there is no sea, the food is boring, there is little entertainment... And one more thing: who wants to fly there with children - there is definitely nothing to do there, there is nothing for children at all, you will not find any entertainment. Definitely I will not return and in general, in principle, I do not rest in a hotel in which I have already been. If anyone is interested - ask, I will answer without problems.
