The hotel was advised by the tour operator, when booking the tour, the price for this hotel was promotional. We read the reviews, there were many good and bad ones. We decided to go anyway.
We arrived at the hotel at about 11:30.6 people, in 15-20 minutes we were all settled.
The room was located on the 2nd floor of the 2nd building, right above the central embankment. The view from the room is simply gorgeous, which immediately lifted our spirits. In general, the room is far from being newly renovated, but for us it was not important (we traveled across the sea and entertainment, in the room only to change clothes and spend the night).
The room was cleaned every day and quite well (despite the presence / absence of a chocolate bar or a dollar).

The territory of the hotel is not big, but the beaches are very pleased. There are, as it were, 2 bays for swimming, with a depth of about 1.5-2 meters (depending on the ebb and flow of the sea), there are also many places for swimming in the open sea (but then you need to swim in slippers, there are a lot of stones on your feet very). On the beaches, either sunbeds or mini beds (beds with a very soft mattress). There was enough space for everyone. Regarding the pool, we didn’t like it, the water is much colder than at sea, there is no sun in the afternoon (we got into windy weather, it was very cold to get out of the water).
Despite the fact that this is Hurghada, even in the bays we saw many different fish, shells, caught our eye 1 small turtle, 2 stingrays and 1 sea urchin. We also had many local friends - crabs, who love to bask in the sun.
There is no animation on the beaches and for children at all.
Live performance only in the evening (disco until 23:00, bars with alcohol open until 24:00).
Food - monotonous and poor, and this is the 1st minus. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, milk porridge or pancakes. Lunch - french fries or country style, pasta, kvass soup, fresh vegetables, meat (mostly chicken) and fish. Dinner - like lunch, but there were additional squids, once we examined shrimp (very small), turkey. Pastries and fruit were served 3 times a day. Coffee is delicious only at the lobby bar. For lunch, they serve delicious ice cream on the embankment.
From what I didn’t like yet, this hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, there is nothing near the hotel (a taxi to the center and back is at least $ 20). Uber is not allowed on the territory of the hotel, but it is 3 kilometers to walk to the barrier.
Also, the embankment was cleaned for 2 nights in a row (vacuum cleaners were turned on at 2-3 a. m. , and a request to turn it off and clean at another time was not accepted). But this is rather a disadvantage only for those who will be placed in the 2nd building. The rest of the noise will obviously not be heard.
Wi-fi did not work at all for 2 days, they explained it with serious breakdowns.
The guide from TUI (his name is Tuba) is even more rude. For the fact that we refused excursions, he was rude to us and forced us to write a receipt refusing to travel in Egypt (as he said, if you don’t take it from me, then I won’t let you take a tour from the rest). But this is more of a minus for the tour operator than for the hotel.

Who lives - mainly Ukraine, Belarus, flashed representatives of the Russian Federation, Poland, a little Europe and many locals (I draw your attention immediately, local analysis for COVID-19 is not handed over and the hotel staff too).
In general, it’s good if you buy a tour at a promotional price.
