I liked absolutely everything, every day of rest. This was the case when reality turned out to be better than expectations (until the covid year it was spoiled by Italy-Spain, she was biased towards holidays in Egypt). The hotel is beautiful - very nice, clean, well maintained, atmospheric! The service is also good. The staff really tries - everyone is very polite and friendly, in masks, gloves, any request was fulfilled instantly. The room was a little "tired" - but clean and comfortable, and the view from the window is amazing. You open your eyes in the morning - the sea is rustling right in front of the balcony (5th building).
It is hardly suitable for families with children - the hotel is designed for an adult audience, and I have not seen animations, slides, discos for children. But this is fine if you want to relax and work in peace (as in my case - I flew with a laptop on a semi-vacation) - you can’t imagine a better place. WiFi in the room always worked great. On the territory too. Even sometimes reached the beach.
Nutrition. To be honest - if you are waiting for shrimp-strawberry-champagne, then it is better to go to the Steinberger Alcazar, but keep in mind that it is exactly 2 times more expensive than the Citadel. I am absolutely calm about food, the assortment in the Citadel came up to me. Good coffee, omelettes, meat, greens, vegetables were always in abundance. Side dishes and sweets too. Mango in the shop at the entrance - so as not to go anywhere. I don’t understand what people eat at home who write that they had nothing to eat in the Citadel)))).

The territory - the hotel is very long, it was so decent to go from the room to the restaurant, but I'm thrilled - I try to take care of my 10 thousand steps a day at home. You walk past palm trees and well-groomed flower beds, enjoy the panoramic view, breathe fresh sea air (and not this eternal Kiev smog).
Weather - now at the end of November, of course, it is already cool and windy. It was comfortable on the beach from 9.00 to 13.00, then the wind increased, I had dinner and sat down to work on the balcony or in the cafe. Or went to the spa for a massage)) Or just walked along the sea - the coastline is very long.
Snorkeling - there are fish near the hotel, it's interesting to swim. Plus, I took a boat trip from Aneks with diving in the open sea - I really liked it for a change.
Will I visit the Citadel again? Yes, definitely and with pleasure! (unless the borders are closed again, of course)
