The hotel is vibrant in appearance and level of service.

Appearance - did not disappoint.
Although 5 times in Egypt in 5 * it was this trip I liked the most:
- large coastline;
- there are bays full of fish and there are corals (not equal to the Charm, of course, but not bad) and no waves;
- there is no pontoon, which is usually 400-500 m in Hurghada and by the time you reach the sea, you will want to swim;
- sunset from the coral reef 20-30 m (corals or crocs - required), the reef is not wow, but we did not go through the reef and for Hurghada it is not even bad;
- the territory of the hotel in the style of a medieval castle with its own lagoon - falls in love at first sight. We can say - as Monaco in Egyptian (we were in Monaco - we can compare);
- the disadvantage will be - many steps - for the elderly or children;
- Plus - 4 heated pools (Infiniti on restoration, so 3 now) and Jacuzzi (6 pieces available, and only 3 work).

Service

- we were accommodated in the 7th building (a large new room with a large terrace), but due to a leg injury I could not walk far and with the help of a tour operator's representative we were moved to the 2nd building for free;
- towels are changed at 3 points near the water and we changed them twice a day (in the morning and in the afternoon);
- in the room in the refrigerator add fresh water in addition to the usual (7-ap and Pepsi) daily;
- the rooms are cleaned normally (it is better, of course, to remove the tip), only the dust in us was not wiped for some reason and all the glass surfaces were a little dusty;
- The staff is friendly, ready to help.

Definitely recommend for a trip, especially out of season.
