We rested in this hotel with children 9 and 1.7 years old. I will write briefly:
+ The hotel area is very large, beautiful, a bus runs from dawn to dusk. There is a private port, to which yachts and catamarans sail.
+ The hotel is located on the seafront in a cascade, there are a lot of stairs, if by a stroller, that is, ramps that you can go down to any corner, although a little longer....
+ The rooms are huge, with large terraces and with a wonderful view from the window. Everything works in the room, everything is in order.
+ The beach is large, there were always enough sunbeds, there are lagoons where it is good to swim with children, there is a coral reef with all the delights of the Red Sea. Masks, fins and snorkels can be rented for free.
+ Pools are scattered around the territory, there were also enough sunbeds, nearby bars are open until sunset: cola, fanta, sprite, water, various alcoholic cocktails, tea, coffee...
+ Animation is, but unobtrusive.

+ The staff is friendly and willing to help if needed.
_Food does not correspond to the level of the hotel: there is no variety of dishes, every day some kind of themed dinner: Greek, French, Mexican, etc. the staff changes the scenery and style of clothing and the dishes remain the same. A la carte restaurants are also not much different from the main ones. With food: chicken, rarely beef, one kind of fish, rice, pasta, potatoes, hamburgers, pizza. With fruits, chopped apples and oranges, rarely green bananas, tasteless grapes, and once there was a watermelon...
We were in Sharm at a 4+ hotel. The food was much better. They asked the opinion of vacationers on this matter, everyone was unhappy. At the end, even juices began to be heavily diluted with water...
Bottom line: if you are not picky about food and can close your eyes to this, go to this small town "Cape Citadel" and you will be satisfied. Or maybe they will improve food by your arrival....
