I will try to objectively describe my impressions of the hotel.
In general, the hotel is beautiful, extraordinarily beautiful: the architecture, the harbor, the sea, and the beaches.
Every day I could not recover from the views: from the room, during breakfast, lunch, dinner, walks. Only these views are worth it to come here.
Now for the points.
January in Egypt:
Good for those who don't like the heat. The weather is very comfortable, during the day it is warm, even hot, but the heat is not exhausting, the temperature is 26-28 degrees. In the evening, a pleasant coolness, a blouse, a cardigan for a T-shirt - in the subject, 16-20 is above zero. Of the disadvantages of daytime weather - a cool wind. It doesn’t bother you when you walk / sunbathe, but because of it you don’t want to go into the water, it’s uncomfortable to go out, it’s cool. The water in the sea is cool, but you can swim.
Hotel infrastructure (internal):

In my opinion, well thought out. The territory is huge, but somehow everything is nearby, at hand, despite the multi-storey or even "multi-level" hotel. The hotel has everything: a lobby for evening and nighttime relaxation with the Internet, and a hall for evening animation, bars near all beaches, an excellent spa and gym, swimming pools, an ice cream parlor, its own port, shops with groceries, essentials, souvenirs ( a little expensive, of course, but if you do not plan to leave - as an option). There is where to take a walk in the evening - the way back and forth through the hotel - it will take 30-40 minutes.
Hotel infrastructure (external):
The hotel, although located next door to other decent hotels, is still far from "life". Getting out of it for a walk is not possible. Only to the road - about three kilometers from the main entrance. There are no shops, no promenade, nothing - the desert and a good quality road. But by car - 20-30 minutes and you are in the center of Hurghada or at the airport, very convenient.
Rooms:
Nice, spacious, relatively clean. I speak relatively, since they clean up, they monitor cleanliness and wear, but here, for example, the sofa asked to be knocked out - it was dusty. But is it for the fussy? The rooms have everything you need: safe, hair dryer, bathrobes, always fresh towels, assorted teas, coffee, cream (dry), regular and dietary sugar (! ), kettle, water, cola, fanta. Among the shortcomings: instead of a refrigerator, we got a freezer: could water be drunk either frozen or warm? The biggest disappointment is that there are no rooms with balconies / terraces in the 2nd building. Couldn't change. . .
Room cleaning:
They cleaned every day, we put a dollar in, once - they didn’t put it in, there were no small ones. "Swans" were built with and without the dollar. Plus, there was creativity: we made hearts from our plastic beads and headphones, etc.
Nutrition:

Good. There is no delight, but everything was enough: fish, meat, fruits, vegetables. The breakfasts were especially fond of - firstly, because of the morning view from the restaurant (we always ate on the street), and secondly, because of the assortment: everything we like and a lot. Special respect: pastries and morning donuts with powder and chocolate. Let's not forget! There was a number of diet food: vegetables, side dishes, steamed meat. Among the shortcomings: it is necessary to pay attention to intermediate cleaning during the meal - we tried to come to the beginning of lunch and dinner, because in the middle, and especially at the end, it was already dirty on the tables, the floor, between the dishes. It took away my appetite.
In addition, you can eat ice cream in a cafe in the port and cakes in Mozart cafe.
We were in an a la carte Italian restaurant. I didn’t like it: more precisely, we didn’t feel the difference with the food in the restaurant, we just had to wait for the waiters and some of the dishes weren’t brought to us)) They changed their minds about going to others for this reason.
Beaches and entrance to the sea:
Cool! All! Very beautiful, cozy, almost everywhere - somehow secluded. You seem to be among everyone, but at the same time separately. Especially the harbor - there is generally a buzz: separate, fenced cabins for two, with personal access to the water. Please note - everywhere you need shoes to enter the sea, it is very easy to scratch your feet. The only beach where the entrance to the sea is possible barefoot and safe for children and non-swimming adults is opposite the 4th building. The hotel gives out beach towels, each beach has its own point of issue (for special cards). An important and pleasant moment: showers, bars, changing rooms, toilets (clean) - near all beaches and pools.
Internet:
They write there is a wired cable in the room - I don’t know, I didn’t try it and I didn’t look for the cord. I found 4 Wi-Fi zones: in the lobby, in the Mozart cafe, near the restaurant where we dined, in the conference room (evening events hall). I had enough, although the speed is not so hot. Separate respect to Teztur - they have Wi-Fi in all buses, very convenient.
Service:
Not intrusive at all - we were on our own. Both good and bad. Good: because there was enough obsession outside the hotel, bad: because they reacted sluggishly to any request, without much desire, however, everything that was needed somehow, but they did. At the reception - I would (connected to work with quality control of service), would I pull up the guys or replace them? Perhaps the reason is that we were not sassy. And not the Germans / Poles?
Hotel visitors:

In January (I don't know at other times), the hotel is filled with Egyptian families (50% Egyptians, 25% Russians-Ukrainians-Belarusians, 25% Germans-Poles-other Europeans). I have always considered myself tolerant and loyal, but I am a little tired of such a large number of children (2-4 children in each family) and women in black clothes. Children are noisy, sometimes I had the feeling of a pioneer camp or a madhouse? But this is only during meals, at other times, no one bothered.
For kids:
We do not have children yet, so we did not particularly observe the convenience of children's recreation. We saw several good playgrounds, a football field and a whole hall of slot machines (video games, table hockey, football, tennis), catamarans in the lagoon.
Animation:
Was, but I did not meet. Sometimes I heard some phrases, songs, dances from the lagoon, which is near the central building. Still evening animation: karaoke, performances by musicians, we looked in, but did not visit, but the people seemed to like it, there were always a lot of listeners. There is a disco room.
I wrote a lot, but of course you can’t remember everything. I will answer questions.
