I never wrote, only read, so we were flattered by the "wonderful" reviews about the hotel, I don't know, though, who writes them. I really hope that my review will be useful to those tourists who are going to go there, and hope for a "great vacation. " My husband and I were there for the first and last time. Firstly: the hotel does not meet its status - not a single five-star hotel in the restaurant had PLASTIC wine glasses and glasses. Lunch service at the Harbor Inn restaurant is not bad, I repeat - plastic utensils, the restaurant is not designed for a large number of visitors - there are not enough empty seats. The waiters do not even bother to wipe the tables after the visitors, you have to demand everything, drinks or carry it yourself or be rude, and then they will run. And the queue to eat at lunch is a separate issue. This is a 20-30 person standing in line with a plate! The food is monotonous, instead of themed dinners, only figurines near the entrance to the main restaurant changed. The hotel does not pull on the top five - a maximum of three, there is no choice of dishes, fruits are inedible, the service is poor. There are cockroaches in the rooms, a fungus in the bathroom, although they clean it well, there are no complaints about this. But how can you replace a set of shampoo, shower gel and soap in a FIVE-STAR hotel with one product - liquid soap, and they have three in one! And everything else they have - for a fee! And it's all ultra all inclusive! Everything is included - flies, cockroaches, plastic, and queues! In bars, except for booze and coffee, tea, juices - there is nothing. Animations for two weeks on the beach have not seen NEVER! The hotel is remote from the city, they cleverly came up with a taxi there and back 20 dollars, although the actual cost is 10, in the evening there is no animation, all vacationers sit at the reception and sit in chats. That's all entertainment. Maybe someone will think that I'm nitpicking, but we paid for the services of a five-star hotel, especially where everything is ultra all inclusive, and we have something to compare, only the hotel itself was good here, beautiful buildings, everything is well maintained, the sea is super , the weather was great. By the way, I will return once again to food in restaurants, wherever we were - there were racks specifically for baby food - mashed potatoes, meatballs, the racks were lowered lower, especially for children. We have not seen this here. And a separate question - since when in a Brazilian restaurant on the menu for a themed dinner - banana fries and rice? A big wish to the hotel management is to change the chef, take more care of vacationers, because we bring them money, and take care of free transport from the hotel during the day. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone!
