I'll start my review by saying that there are more pluses. But again, depending on who and what puts in a plus. Let's start with our pros:
1) for my husband and I the biggest, no huge plus is the sea in this place with its coral and marine life, masks are necessary and obligatory!;
2) large sandy beach;
3) a promenade area with beautiful fountains and a romantic atmosphere));
4) the district itself;
5) large, beautiful territory;
6) fast check-in and a normal room, with a partial sea view from the 3rd floor (no extra charge)
Now the cons:

1) he is alone - cleanliness, yes it is lame, and everywhere, the only thing that this does not concern is the cleaning of the room, but it depends more on the person. Our cleaner coped with his task, but we, in turn, cheered him up with a small reward (even wet cleaning was))) But in general, around the territory, it seems to be cleaned, but there is still enough garbage, tourists litter faster (((, in scrap throwing a napkin or a glass in the trash, but in the bushes, on the lawn, on the steps - this is the norm ((Disgusting....Toilets are “public, a la market-station”
Well, plus or minus:
1) contingent of vacationers. I don’t know, maybe now in October there are even fewer local people, but in August there were a lot, and in influxes, for the weekend. I read reviews about it, tried not to pay attention. There were almost none on the beach, mostly by the pools, and we never went to the pool, so we hardly crossed paths. There were no particular inconveniences, so I don’t put a minus for this, this is a “feature”;
2) food. Expected more, to be honest. We were not hungry, you can find something to your taste, of course, but not the level of the five. There were both deliciously prepared dishes, and not so much. That is burnt, but not fried (meat, chicken), salads are incomprehensible, coffee, fruits are not enough. Savings are visible in everything... Fresh and tasty pastries, scrambled eggs for breakfast, rice in all versions (I love rice) - these are the norms. The wine is not very strong, the drinks were not tried;
3) animation. Why plus or minus - I can’t judge their work, since we are not interested in such events in principle
Conclusions: the hotel itself is not bad, there are nuances, of course it will be up to everyone to decide whether to go or not, what is their priority (sea or cleanliness), we would still like to return, but I will read the reviews, in the hope that " the main disadvantage” will be eliminated and the hotel management will still begin to pay attention to the comments in essence. The tour was not expensive for us, we don’t regret the trip at all, we had a good rest.
