1. We rested in this hotel in November. We arrived around 12 noon. At the reception, they immediately put on bracelets and offered to go for lunch or wait 15 minutes and move into the room. We chose the second. While we waited on comfortable chairs in the lobby, we were brought a welcome drink. And literally in 10 minutes we were given the keys to a quiet room (without any additional payments). The porter took our things and showed us to our room.
2. The standard room turned out to be large, 2 separate beds, TV, small refrigerator, kettle, cups, coffee set, air conditioning. In the bathroom - all standard accessories (gels, shampoos, soap), full two sets of towels. The bedding is clean with lovely towel shapes on the bed. The windows of our room (No. 2335) overlooked a green flower bed at the end of the pool with slides. At first we thought it would be very noisy. But during this period of time there were almost no children and Arabs, so there was no loud music or shouting. Quiet and peaceful.
3. Room cleaning was every day. The floors were washed only in the middle, but twist beautiful figures from towels (swans, monkeys, hearts, flowers). It was very nice. A full set of towels changed every day + brought two 1.5 liter cans of water. We came to relax by the sea, enjoy the air, beautiful nature and not look for flaws in the room.

4. Territory: very well-groomed, green, beautiful. Lots of flowers, lawns. It was very pleasant to walk, especially in the evenings. Gardeners work 24 hours, watering everything, cutting trees, planting new flowers.
5. Sea: clean, warm, I didn’t want to leave it. The beach is sandy and cleaned every day. The entrance to the sea is gradual. Large area for swimming. But for entering the sea it is better to buy corals ($ 5 in local stores on the territory of the hotel). there are sharp dead corals. Although many swam without special shoes. There were a lot of free sunbeds (during this period). The mattresses were not new, but we covered them, anyway, with huge towels, which were issued right there on the beach according to the cards. Well, in order to dry our body after swimming, we always take our own towel.
6. Near the beach there was a bar where soft drinks, cocktails, beer, coffee, tea were given, and after 11 cooks came, so you could have a free snack with french fries, hamburgers and light snacks. During lunch from 12 you can also take a number of meat dishes. There are also bars near the pools. The first series of pools, consisting of several deep ones and small ones for children, in general, are designed for relaxation and serene swimming. The second series consists of several small water slides and a pool for adults and a children's pool. Near all pools there are sun loungers with umbrellas. The pools are clean. The water is little chlorinated, but colder than the sea. Yes, and for us the main thing was the sea, and you can swim in the pool and at home!
7. Food: Many and varied. The main thing is not to overeat in the first days. Every time you arrive in Egypt, you tell yourself STOP. Although it is very difficult to do this, it is especially impossible to resist sweets. Some dishes were very specific and we didn't take them later. In general, the variety of food here is a complete shock for our stomachs. Therefore, moderation is necessary in everything. For example, during our vacation we did not even have time to try everything once. In the main restaurant (it is divided, as it were, into three halves), the waiters very quickly removed dirty plates and napkins, but they did not change them from the tablecloth, brushing only the crumbs. But you could always find a clean table. We took all the drinks ourselves, although it was possible to order to be brought. We can’t say anything about alcohol - we didn’t drink.

8. The staff is very welcoming, friendly. Most speak Russian, English, German. At the reception, they also speak French, Portuguese, Italian. Animation is: exercises, yoga, aqua aerobics, volleyball, beach football, table tennis. In the evenings every day some entertainment shows in the open amphitheater. But to be honest, they never went to them. All staff are non intrusive. (Irochka! Greetings from a distant homeland! )
9. And what a prominade here! At what in your free access is not only the huge flowering territory of the Pyramisa Resort, but also a promenade with a beautiful palm alley, many kilometers along the sea. 15 minutes walk - and you are near the complex of singing fountains, the main square, Sahl Hasheesh. This is a fantastic sight, a real oriental fairy tale. We used to come here all the time to admire this miracle. Relax! For all the time of our walks, we met only a couple of people walking, Although there are a lot of huge hotels and such a beautiful territory in Sahl Hashisish, I just want to ask: what people you flew thousands of kilometers away to watch TV and sit in your room.
10. Our vacation turned out WONDERFUL!!! . We felt at peace here, somehow at home, quiet and comfortable. Advice To all those who are thinking of going to this hotel, look at the reviews of the period in which you are thinking of going, because the reviews of spring, summer and autumn are radically different. The period from the end of October to mid-December, in our opinion, is excellent for a relaxing holiday and relaxation. During this period, there were few people, the occupancy of the hotel was somewhere around 40%, the sun did not shine, the sea was warm, the air was clean.
And our fabulous month unfortunately came to an end, it's time to fly home.
