We arrived with a family of four, I am a wife and two children 7 and 9 years old. The first thing we encountered was not the desire to put us in a room with a view, if not of the sea, then at least of the pool. not a construction site. They offered 200 dollars for the entire stay, i. e. 10 days, but with a view of the pool, they refused, they said a little, but 300 would be just right, we refused, it was too much. I liked the hotel for its view, pool, but not the room. There were 2 separate beds and 2 cots killed for children. Attempts to move the beds together by pushing the bedside table to the side were unsuccessful at first, wires stretched from the bedside table, which recently moved it to the side. After repeated requests for reception and the arrival of staff who could not do anything and left. I had to take the initiative in my own hands, tear off the wire, since I did not have the opportunity to lengthen it and move the beds together. The safe did not work, after the second request they replaced the batteries in it, everything worked. The room was on the first floor, there were a lot of ants. The main thing is not to leave a single crumb in the room and they will not be seen in large clusters. The food is rather monotonous, tasteless, there are few fruits, mostly bananas. Animation is almost all in English. Children's animation is very bad. The hotel is very far from the city and next to it there is nothing at all, only the desert and hotels under construction on one side and the other. Taxi to Hurghada costs 35 dollars. Prices in shops at hotels are 2 times higher than in other shops, even at the same hotels. but closer to the city. There are very few Russian speakers from the staff.
Those were the downsides, but there are upsides as well. There are enough sunbeds both by the sea and by the pool, ice cream, although melting at the end of the day, is still tasty and it is. Drinks without restrictions, they clean the room, for a dollar they will make elephants, a monkey, a crocodile and a flower out of towels, to the delight of the kids. At night there are a lot of crabs on the beach, small but very funny. .
My opinion: This five-star hotel is clearly not up to par. Four, but no more. Wouldn't go there the second time.
