Нормальный отель, но есть моменты OK hotel but has issues

We went to this hotel because we wanted to relax economically, but at the same time not to buy some kind of bottom. The trip cost 2.100 UAH for 7 nights for 2 adults. Because of what there was a good impression - because the hotel was really empty. The occupancy, according to the animators, was + - by a third. Accordingly, there were always places on the beach where you wanted, and a minimum of people in sight.
Our number was 2337. The condition of the room was C grade. The air conditioner rumbled loudly at all speeds except the minimum, the bed creaked quite loudly. The room had a small TV and a small safe. The lock in the toilet did not work, and the lock on the door to the balcony did not work. Although the last jamb was repaired almost immediately, though, like everything else in Egypt, it was repaired with a bang. There is no bathroom in the room, but there is not a comfortable shower that permanently sticks out of the wall. The food is also a threesome. Not much to choose from, but almost everything is edible. Twice a week they gave chopped crabs fried with fish and shrimp. Well, that is, how - they essentially gave fish with the remains of shrimp and crabs)).
Once there was a show of chefs on the beach - when they, like brave soldiers, stepped onto the beach, lined up and distributed tasty treats to vacationers. Then some more was fried and distributed further.

At first, alcohol was poured from the heart, and then they began to dilute it with soda. Moreover, the bartender swears by his mother that the whiskey is ok, and when he pours it into a glass, then the bubbles from the soda, which he immediately collects from the machine at the bar. Moreover, everything was completely bred. Here he uncorks a new bottle - everything is OK, pours from it a second time and is already diluted.
Very good-natured cleaners - really kind dudes who tried to make the stay enjoyable. Every day, a crocodile, a monkey, or an elephant were twisted from towels. They made a funny dude out of towels for our friends)).
I was very surprised that they returned the phone to us, which was lost somewhere either on the beach, or even the devil knows where. Returned at reception. A day later, we successfully lost the masks, and they were just as honestly returned to us.
The hotel beach is big enough. Only it's not sand. It would be better to go into the water in slippers, but we went there barefoot all week and everything was ok. On the right side of the beach, columns like columns stick out of the water - and so, moray eels live in one of them. There are also a lot of fish in the water, not as much as in charm, of course, but for Hurghada, it seems to me just super.
The result is this - that the second time in this hotel, of course, I'm unlikely to come, but oddly enough I'm satisfied with the rest. When I was driving I expected the worst, but everything turned out more than normal. In general, the hotel can be advised for a budget holiday with children.
One point, all the above is a relative opinion. We lived in an almost empty hotel, but on the day of departure, the hotel was suddenly full. In the canteen there are insane queues for meat and other trash. So if we arrived at this hotel when it was full, then I think that I would not like it, and the impressions would be completely different.
