We were in the hotel with two families without children in January. I liked everything, the hotel, of course, is an economy class, but the rooms were clean, the food was delicious and in a huge assortment, the staff was friendly and, at any request, we were met. And they settled us at 11.00, and not at 14.00 (as they should have). You know, it seems to me that the main thing is the attitude towards them, towards the Egyptians, if you respect them, they will answer you the same. We watched a picture when a woman yelled at them and they just froze and then did everything for evil. Some people initially go on vacation not to rest, but to "build" the staff, and those who go to rest, believe me, the hotel is excellent! Here you will not see luxury, but you do not pay for it when buying a ticket. I wish everyone a pleasant stay and good luck, and if I am offered this hotel again, I will go without hesitation!
