It's just that no one promised anything there, but here - 5 stars, a lot of money and quiet horror in the face of the operator . . for us it became the face of Elena Reutova . . from the very beginning - the suitcase was lost at the airport, they waited 20 minutes, they returned it (mixed it up), but by the efforts of the guys from Cariatura . . OUR GUIDE didn’t even find time to come up !! ! the current clumsily asked something from the radio station of the airport employees and suggested not to delay the transfer, they would bring it later . SHOCK. We arrived at 9 am, settled from 14. They asked the girl Anna (the child was ill) - they settled... Friends, there are three buildings in the hotel . . we were settled at 5 ! ! where the staff lives: room 2 for 2, without a balcony, windows on the line and a public toilet! believe me - I have never screamed in my life like at the reception when they said that they would be moved out of the toilet (but with a view of the construction site), but not earlier than tomorrow afternoon and with an additional charge of $ 5 daily !! ! on the last day, 2 towels were stolen on the beach - we were forced to pay $ 15 for two hours (although on the card - for the loss of 10) and threatened not to let us out of the hotel . . the child burst into tears, the whole vacation was ruined . . incomparable Anya from the reception managed to find in the working time of the required manager (the operator's guides offered to go to the embassy, ​ ​ because the managers will all be there only tomorrow at 12, we have a flight at 10) and solved the problem in two minutes. And imagine! This scum - Elena Reutova did not order rations for the children for the morning on the road (they left at 6 in the morning, and the whole day was paid for, the little ones still got drunk on these airport burgers. Tomorrow I'm going to the official representative office of Pegasus in Kyiv, then - to the protection society right. . . the vacation is already ruined, I'll give these cattle one more day.
