Traveled as a family (+2 children). Having received the keys and climbed into the room, we saw only one bed (a huge double), but there were four of us...
The question of adding a bed or changing a room, I decided before seven in the evening with the hotel staff. "Wait five minutes... " or ". . we'll bring the bed, wait... ". Until in the evening I caught a representative of Teztur (they do not always sit there, but on short visits! ). And only after his intervention, my issue was resolved. They brought a second double bed to the room, or (optionally) the keys to two simple standard rooms (4 places in the bag).
The hotel is really new, corresponds to all descriptions,

sandy beach - good, not far from the coast there are corals - you can see with a mask (a lot of fish, crabs, stingrays). There are enough umbrellas and trestle beds on the beach. There is a bar - but beer is not always there. To the question "why" the Arabs answer - "ask at the reception... ". Ultra All Inclusive is good! But when there are many such clients, and there is only one trough with meat, it turns out to be a QUEUE. A lot of time in queues - the rest is no longer cool. The Arabs work slowly, they don’t add wine, it’s a long time to wait for free sandwiches. The buffet restaurant runs out of beer/wine glasses quickly. And you have to stand in line for the troughs for a while. BUT, fed well, satisfying and varied.
The sea is warm, the sky is always sunny. The air conditioner in the room works constantly, there is also water. Drinking water should be taken in the morning at the restaurant. moreover, the Arabs don’t care what volume - there are 4 people who can give 4 bottles - 0.5 or 1.5 each, it doesn’t matter to them.

We swam with snorkels and masks for several hours around the corrals. . .
When we left, the TezTour bus was supposed to pick us up at the hotel at 6-50... at 7-30 I went by taxi to the airport myself...

The main drawback of the hotel - THIS IS FLY (no construction behind the fence, no desert, no lazy Arabs). there were no mosquitoes or scorpions... only flies...
