We were at the hotel from 21.04 to 30.04, flew out 2 days earlier and have no regrets! We flew to a 5 * hotel... in fact, everything is much sadder, who gave them 5 stars? 3 stars is the ceiling! Where have you seen a 5 * hotel where bed linen is not changed throughout the rest, where there are no elementary disposable shampoos and shower gels, where it’s scary to look at beach towels, and not just lie on them? We were settled quickly, the room went to the first building on the 2nd (according to our 3rd) floor overlooking the pool, the view from the window is beautiful, I can’t say anything bad here... We flew with a 10-month-old baby and therefore went to bed early, as soon as we settled down in the restaurant near the pool, a young lady began to sing, Russian songs (by the way, Russian songs are 100% there), it was not possible to fall asleep with the windows open, so I had to close them and sleep in stuffiness, since the air conditioner was also not turned on because of a small child. Songs and rumbles are there until late at night. Room at a glance it seems decent, but upon closer examination, it’s terrible, a dirty shower curtain, in the shower we washed in slippers, because we simply disdained to climb in there barefoot, a dirty mirror, peeling door jambs, mold between the tiles, one there are no single shampoos, as I already wrote, containers hang like in public toilets, and something is poured in there, maybe shower gel, or maybe not... Bed linen was not changed for us during our stay there, although I left a tip every day... they changed it once, and then not completely, but partially, when the child, excuse me, pooped on the bed and I just threw these sheets on the floor in the bathroom. The elevator in the building did not work and we had to carry the stroller with the child in our arms to the floor, I note that there are a huge number of stairs in the hotel, and there is only one ramp on the street... I was tired of dragging the stroller up the stairs.
The main building personally reminded me of the station, where the reception is on the upper tier, and the canteen is on the lower tier, it was scary to touch the doors to the main building... dirty, filthy... horror!
In the canteen (I can’t call it a restaurant) there is a lot of food at first glance, but everything is somehow monotonous, I’m not picky and I always found something to eat. As they get dirty, the tablecloths are simply turned over to the other side, the chairs are clogged with sparrows, of which there are darkness... and they sit on the table and peck from plates, I saw a picture of how some plate was put on the birdhouse for sparrows, they pecked from there, and then through for some time they fell down dead, before my eyes only three pieces died. The mugs are dirty and there is never enough of them, there are no teaspoons... disposable small plastic spoons are piled in the basket, all dusty....There is always a line for food. And the highchairs leave much to be desired, it seems that they have not been washed for 200 years... before putting the child there, I wiped them with wet wipes for half an hour and they did not become much cleaner.

A lot of people walk with catheters for droppers, I asked at the clinic at the hotel what was the matter, they answered that an intestinal infection is normal for them... I have not seen this anywhere, I rested in Egypt for the third time, one of them was in 4 *....so I have never seen such a disgrace.
The sea is ordinary, in Egypt it is beautiful everywhere... to enter the water it is better to have slippers... there is nothing special to see in the sea on the territory of the hotel, which surprised me, since in other hotels where I was there were always a lot of beautiful fish, even far away it was not necessary to swim with a mask, the beach is noisy, it is unrealistic to put a child to sleep there in the shade. Animation for Egypt is excellent, the guys are cheerful and active... here without pretension.
In general, people with average and above incomes and with small children, I do not recommend going there, noisy, dirty... in short, Anapa in Egypt!
This holiday is quite suitable for young people who want to hang out, but I don’t go there anymore... I want to relax as a human being and the money that we paid this hotel is not worth it!
