We visited for the first time with my husband in 2019 right after the renovation. He left good impressions for a long time, and now, after 4 years, we are here again with two small children in our arms.
There are no questions about the hotel, the territory deserves applause, despite the +40 jura, the grass, the plants are all green, watered 24/7. After a night on the beach, cleanliness, the pool is washed every night). Of course, I won’t find fault with the number, we came for warmth, the sea and a change of scenery and not on a business trip according to sanitary standards. With small children (1 and 2 years old) we have a new Chaos in the room every day, thanks for cleaning and everything is fresh. Water is brought every day even if we don't ask. The food is not the same as it was for 4 years, there is less choice of dishes, but everything is fresh and tasty, a couple of extra pounds are provided to me.
The staff is as polite as possible, at least at least they will understand in Russian, and whoever doesn’t understand will pretend to understand and smile sweetly nodding his head.
