The hotel is a good 3, value for money is good. Very monotonous food, you will not be hungry, but the lack of delicious sweets was very upsetting. The service is below average, the attitude towards Russians is not good, the waiters are in dirty clothes, and the dishes are not always clean, especially the cups in the pool bar (plastic). Room cleaning is ok. At the entrance to the hotel we were given a room with a very bad view from the window, room 136 overlooking the dining room. We immediately changed the room (to 241), paying extra naturally ($ 280 per week), we really, really liked the room with a chic terrace on which there were sun loungers, tables with chairs and a jacuzzi, plus another balcony. View of the sea and the beach, partly of the pool. But it turns out that these rooms additionally had to have terry bathrobes and slippers, we found out about this just at check-out. Upon departure, they showed us two terry bathrobes, which we had no idea about. We explained for a long time that they were not originally there, but it turns out we had to guess that they are in these rooms (the rest are not). All this lawlessness ended with a search of our luggage, which in general enraged me, having quarreled and closing our suitcases (in which, of course, they did not find anything), we left. Here is such a super-service, the rooms do not have a list of items that should be in the room. so at the entrance it is better to find out what exactly should be in the room, otherwise they can present it for a hair dryer, towel, ashtray, etc. By the way, then our guide told us that this happens often in this hotel.
There are also pluses. Good beach and sand, long enough sandy entrance to the sea. Great place for kiters, surfers and divers! Personally, we treat the last two and had a great time. Good diving center Padi. The organization and facilities are good. Beautiful red sea and fish, went to different reefs. Of course, if you need a comfortable or party vacation, you are not here. You can say no animation at all, some boorish type walks around. And I advise kiters, surfers and divers.
