We stayed in this hotel in April 2019. All inclusive package.
A room with a view of the mountains (that is, the main entrance, but it was very quiet). 4th floor. If you take it on the 4th floor, check about any installations that are located on the roof. We woke up from a terrible sound, as if a 20-year-old tractor was working under the ear and it rumbled terribly. When contacting the reception, I was told that they could not do anything and relocate the same. For the entire stay, this was repeated during the day in the region from 14 to 16 two days and twice at night.
The face towel disappeared on the 5th day and did not appear. Towel mat for 4 days. The room was cleaned. The food is excellent (always rice, potatoes, pasta, chicken, etc. ), fed well (they gave tuna twice and so fish in batter - such crab, lobster and other sea products for a fee), although they were repeated but this is not as in a nearby hotel where people did not get off the pots for three days.

I want to put a big disappointment for the service, this applies to the waiters.
