Beautiful and cozy hotel with an interesting lobby, comfortable European rooms. Stylish halls and corridors with photo paintings on the walls. Everywhere is clean, which is very pleased with the stay. The territory is compact with beautiful paths made of stone patterns, not very green, a lot of dry trees. But there are also nice places.
We arrived at the hotel at 20:00, the transfer from Hurghada takes 2 hours... we were brought last, after checking into 4 hotels. Settled immediately in the room after the repair (still felt a little smell of paint). The room has a kettle with a set of tea, coffee, sugar and milk powder, 1.5 liters of water per person (replenished daily), silent refrigerator, safe, hair dryer. A complete set of cosmetics: solid soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body gel (replenished daily), cosmetic wipes, cap. Air conditioning centralized and noisy. Bed linen and towels are of good quality and white. After 4 days they changed the bed, towels on request, if you throw them in a pile. Beach towels are rationed and can be changed at least ten times a day.
The food is not very varied, but mostly tasty. Breakfasts, as everywhere in Egypt, but with the addition of halva, packaged yoghurts and Belgian waffles, every morning there was freshly squeezed fresh juice from the chef, every morning different 50-70 g. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there were a lot of vegetables, but not enough fruit (two type for each meal that was not repeated was guava, strawberries, peaches, grapefruits, oranges, bananas, tangerines, melons). For lunch and dinner, one type of soup, rice, pasta and potatoes, with meat there was delicious soft beef, beef boiled pork, jacket, chicken (a little dry), a couple of times duck and turkey. With pangasius seafood and a day later squid stew with pangasius and vegetables, once there was a delicious whole fish fried in salt. Sweets are a feature of the hotel, you just can't get away from croissants, biscuits, eclairs and oriental sweets.

The food is served by the cooks, but it is not behind glass. All drinks are served by waiters. All meals in the main restaurant (from the beach 5-7 min walk). I wish the lunch was moved to the restaurant on the beach (which was closed), it is not very convenient in the heat to go from the beach to the main restaurant. The a la carte restaurants were closed as there were only 100 guests in the hotel. A la carte was made outdoors on the grass, placing tables on the lawn near the pool. The bars have packaged juices, but not in the main restaurant. Ice cream only 2 hours a day, from 15 to 17 at the pool bar. If you want to go to the bar on the beach, then you will have to pay $ 2 for ice cream. With alcoholic drinks, delicious beer, good dry red wine, aniseed vodka (ouzo), tequila.
The beach is large, with 8 rows of sun loungers, the first four rows with barriers from the wind. I was very pleased with the relaxation zone on the beach, in which only adults relax and managers from the SPA and sellers of excursions do not enter its territory. The sea at the hotel is for families with small children and vacationers who cannot swim. Up to 50-70 meters from the beach, shallow water to the middle of the thigh, in the middle of the shallow water there is a spit to the middle of the lower leg, until you reach the depth to swim, you have time to burn. You can go through this gap and on the pontoon. Although many liked the spit very much, they took warm baths there. On the shore there is very fine and light sand, the sea is turquoise-blue.
The beach has toilets, showers and changing cabins. The sea at the hotel is not for snorkeling, there are practically no corals and fish at all. There is a dead coral reef, above which a circle with a flag with a dozen tiny fish is tied, and that's all... Grass grows with single corals at a depth, if you swim to the right, you can see the remains of a muddy coral wreck, also with single fish, which instantly hide at the sight of a person. At a depth of 300-500 meters from the shore, you can see huge turtles that are terribly afraid of people and instantly, at the speed of a motor boat, swim away into the depths of the sea. Lucky to see the sea devil (manta). Swimming, we rejoiced at small stingrays, small butterfly fish and angels... All the fish that live in the grass of a grayish-greenish color are almost non-colored, there were not even parrot fish, lionfish and sergeants...
The pools are clean, unheated in April, an interesting pool bar with chairs in the water. There is a cocktail card, according to which you can order any cocktail of your choice. There is no water park in the hotel.

Animation at the hotel is active: exercises, aqua aerobics, bocha, volleyball, dancing, discos for children and adults in the evenings, karaoke, various competitions. The animators did not let you get bored, they raised the mood. Those who wanted to go to night discos were taken to Hurghada.
Wi-Fi throughout and in the rooms of good quality with excellent speed.
The staff is mostly friendly, helpful and helpful, very good waiters in the main restaurant (loved Mohamad Badawy, who mostly served our table, always in a good mood, not standing still for a second, serving very quickly) and chefs (except for the young chef in a black suit on vegetables, who served the food with great favor), liked the grill chef Ahmad, who, in addition to good service and delicious grill, gave Arabic lessons, always in a good mood, the bartender at the pool bar, hard workers beach-boys on the beach. Special thanks to the cleaners for the cleanliness.
Unfortunately, during the pandemic, not all staff were wearing masks with a closed nose, the masks were either on the beard or removed altogether. Sanitizers are full throughout the hotel. Tables were cleaned instantly with disinfectant, cutlery was sealed with a napkin. All dishes were perfectly clean.
On site there are shops with souvenirs, spices, oils, clothing, beach accessories and a pharmacy. The prices are exorbitant and almost never traded. Hurghada is 50 km away, the hotel is in the desert, the taxi is expensive, you need to take everything with you.
I liked the hotel, I can safely recommend it to lovers of a relaxing holiday, people who are tired of megacities.
