Best vacation we've ever been on! This hotel is truly amazing and the service is 5 star. Immaculate rooms (thanks Hussein) Food is wonderful with lots of variety (we love the beach restaurant) The pancakes and ice cream station are to die for! If you don't have anything you like, the chef will personally cook for you to your satisfaction! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained thanks to the gardeners who work hard every day. Please offer them a drink of water as they work in the heat for a long time. The service at the pool is great, the staff are very attentive and good with the kids, as are the lifeguards! They really get to know you on a personal level and remember everything you like. You won't be able to pass by a staff member at this hotel without a warm smile and greeting.
The Guest Relations team is always present at the hotel and asks guests how they can improve/make your stay better. We returned to our room to find a huge fruit basket, chicken nuggets and cookies for the kids! (Thanks Ali Baba and Massuda, you are the best) You made our stay so enjoyable. All day fun, dancing by the pool, foam parties on the beach, yoga and meditation on the grass, baking cookies/making pizza with the kids - you'll never be bored! Thanks to the animation team, they are the best we have ever seen. Trika and Mostafa, we love you! The evening board show was amazing, there is a different show every night as well as a children's disco, face painting etc. Overall the holiday is amazing and we will 100% be back next year.
