The resort is very well maintained, with a beautiful beach. The pool is large and well heated. The room is neat, the bed is excellent. Although the food offering and its taste is ok. Better drinks are available for an additional fee. The staff and service are excellent, for example, we were served excellent sparkling wine on the beach.

For breakfast and dinner we mostly went to the main restaurant. Although the hotel was not fully booked, nothing was missing.
The food was of very good quality, in a buffet restaurant the dishes are of course repeated over time, but here they were always made interesting with different seasonings. The seafood night even included freshly grilled monkfish and shrimp. At every meal there were always freshly prepared dishes such as egg dishes, pancakes and falafel for breakfast, pasta and various meat dishes and much more. We had lunch at a beach restaurant overlooking the sea. The selection here was great too, with a counter outside with fresh pizza and grilled meats. I would especially like to mention the woman who bakes the most delicious cakes in the corner by the bread oven! And since it was so delicious, we enjoyed local cuisine twice at the Fairuz signature restaurant. The cocktails were also of excellent quality, for example using high quality Monin syrups.
The only small drawback is that not all bar employees mix cocktails in the same composition, or perhaps not everyone knows how to prepare individual cocktails. In fact, this could be improved further.

All reviews are true and sincere. This is not a new hotel, but has been recently refurbished with large rooms and plenty of storage space. A small sofa creates such a spacious atmosphere. The rooms are huge. Large toilet, comfortable beds. Incredible selection of dishes, surprisingly good food at the buffet.

The a la carte restaurants are amazing, with a huge selection (even plant-based, which is a huge plus). Great location, with wonderful beach and access to the water. I think the stars of the hotel are its staff. Every person you cross paths with is incredibly polite, helpful, and wonderful. Everyone smiles, not afraid to chat with you a little. First hotel I saw: the chef and guest relations staff walk around the hotel asking guests if everything is ok and if everything is ok. Of course, they put their customers first.
The biggest star of all that must be mentioned is the staff I have never met such kind and caring staff. They are always ready to help you. If you are feeling unwell, you will receive a short message asking if you need anything or if the hotel can help. What can I say, another great holiday this year with friends over 50. We had such a good time last year that we decided to come back this year and were not disappointed. We were greeted by so many staff who remembered us from last year, and not only that, but two friends we made last year actually booked the same time as us this year, one of whom was celebrating the day birth at the beginning of the year.

We were greeted by so many staff who remembered us from last year, and not only that, but two friends we made last year actually booked the same time as us this year, one of whom was celebrating the day birth at the beginning of the year. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we were looked after like royalty. We made a reservation at a specialty Italian restaurant to celebrate our friend's birthday (which was earlier this year) and after our delicious meal she received a beautiful birthday cake. The food in the restaurants is very good. The pool is good, there is a pool for the little ones that has a pirate ship with a bucket of water that tips over from time to time.
Evening entertainment was ok, but our generation didn't have music to enjoy in the evenings. (We are all grandparents, but we still have a lot of life in us). The General Manager visits every area of the hotel I think every day and the Guest Relations staff walk around the hotel asking if guests have any concerns or suggestions. All the staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. We had a most enjoyable holiday and hope to return again.
