Just arrived from this hotel. TO Pegasus. The hotel was chosen based on the excellent reviews on all the sites that I looked at, which made me very happy. But our torment began from the very first day of rest.
1. Settlement. We arrived at the hotel at 14:00, we were settled after repeated reminders at 17:30.
2. The room has rusty ceilings, broken old furniture, no hot water, as well as two single beds (which we were not even warned about!!! ).
3. The suitcase was delivered an hour after check-in, dirty and wrinkled, only after my husband was about to go and look for our things.
4. Immediately after checking in, the manager Taha called our room and asked if everything was fine with us, to which I informed him about the shortcomings of the room listed above. In response, I was asked to pay $ 20 for each day of my stay in the hotel and get a good room.

Other tourists who came with us told us in the evening about a similar situation, only their room turned out to be even more miserable, such as a staff room (with a stove, shower). Naturally, they agreed to pay this amount of money in order to move to another room.
Throughout the rest, almost all Russian-speaking tourists told us about this.
5. Appeal to the hotel guide Alexei also upset us extremely. Whenever we turned to him with a request or a question, he was always dissatisfied, sometimes he did not even react to the appeal, not to mention that he would solve any problem. I attribute this to the fact that our appeals to him distracted him from computer games, which he was constantly busy and passionate about.

We were very surprised and amazed by the ALWAYS false information provided by the site of the Pegas operator about the heated pool in this hotel, which is why this hotel was chosen, BUT there was no heated pool there !! ! By the way, this morning information about the heated pool was still posted, but at 13:00 this information was no longer there.
7. Upon check-in, they give out two small bottles of water, in which you need to collect water from the cooler. BUT they brought water to the cooler with an incomprehensible taste and in open bottles, which, by their appearance, showed that they were used more than once.
8. The food in the restaurant very often came across not that it was not fresh, but with mold. As a result, either because of food or water, my husband and I had a severe allergic reaction that accompanied us throughout the vacation and manifested itself in the form of rashes all over the body and itching, as well as digestive problems, due to which my husband even had to seek medical attention! (Of course, the hotel guide Alexei also did not have any participation in this matter).
9. But my whole vacation ended with the fact that the flight was moved from 12:30 to 8:00, we were picked up from the hotel at 3:00 (although the hotel is located 35 kilometers from the airport). There was NO information about the transfer of the flight! We found out about this quite by accident.
What a “wonderful” vacation we had!
