I'll start from the very beginning! The choice fell on Taboo solely because I wanted to see Israel. The choice fell on the Marriott hotel and I did not regret choosing the hotel at all!!!
How nice it was to get into above-zero temperatures from the Kiev frosts and plunge into the sea, as well as touch the Shrines of Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Nazareth!
I rode through the Tez Tour and did not regret it ! ! The poor people who rode from Pegasus rushed in a bus along narrow roads among the mountains to the hotel at a speed of 100-120 km an hour, with pre-signed signs a maximum of 60 km an hour. With bulging eyes from fear and hair on end, I met them when checking into the hotel when he arrived exactly 15 minutes later. And yet, many from Pegasus took excursions to Jerusalem from Tez Tour, but more on that later!

Territory: the largest at the Marriott Hotel in Taba Heights. Taba Heights is a closed resort area, Marriot, Hyatt, Intercontinental, Sofitel and Free Conners hotels! All these hotels are owned by one person, an Egyptian magnate! The hotel area is very large, clean and comfortable. There are 8 buildings in total, if you were placed in a room that starts with 1.2, 3 and 4, then you are in luck. Personally, my room was 438 on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea and mountains (very beautiful).
Room: the room has everything. Air conditioning, kettle + set of tea, coffee cream, sugar, 5 pcs. (Further optional replenishment for 5 bucks), mini bar, hair dryer in the bathroom, a bottle of water upon arrival! Clean pillowcases, NEW orthopedic mattresses (Which pleasantly surprised me). Although in some places in the toilet it would be possible to update the plaster!
Beach: very large, clean, there is an ashtray near each fungus, for 1 fungus - 2 sun loungers and a fence from the wind. The sunbeds are far apart and you don’t sniff someone’s heels. I left then I handed over the towel at the reception and not the card, so don’t be scared if you didn’t have time to hand over the towel. From the beach there is a beautiful view of Jordan! a beach with military binoculars or a spyglass???
Sea: the sea in February was cool for me personally, about + 18-21 degrees, but everyone who was lying with me on the beach, everyone swam. The beach itself is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is really not very convenient, you need special shoes, but many came in in the sea and without it. To reach the depth (where I did not go) you need to go 100 meters or maybe more.
Weather: it was VERY hot for a couple of days, I didn’t think that I could burn on the beach before 11 am.
Meals: 4 *, and only because many Italians, the French come only for breakfast. During the day they play golf (yes, I forgot to say, there are a huge number of golf courses, between the Hyatt, Marriott, Sofitel, Intercontinental hotels which are located along the sea and hotel Free Conners which is located on the mountain, and so the golf courses are located between the lines of the sea and the Free Conners hotel. Lunch: 2-3 types of side dishes, meat (mostly chicken), etc. etc. For dinner, they cook delicious spaghetti with various sauces and spices (they cook right in front of you), meat - chicken, lamb. !!!

Alcohol: THE BEST QUALITY that locals can have! Whiskey-whiskey, Gin-gin, Tekkilla is also present in bars !!! ! Not water at all ! ! It is extremely difficult to get drunk with this alcohol !!!
Drinking water: in any bar you walk around and ask for a bottle of water (1.5 liters or 0.5 liters). Take as much water with you as you can carry!
Bars: there are 3 of them. One on the beach is open from 10 to 18, and one near the pool (Grotto bar) is also from 10 to 18, but after 14-00 in the Grotto snack bar, and the Regatta bar from 17 to 22, after 22.00 all drinks are paid!
Swimming pool: there are 2 of them, but actually one, there is a partition between them and the one that is less heated in winter, there is also the exit of the Bar Grotto directly to the pool! So sitting in the water you can drink or eat something !! ! I did not find the smell of bleach! But after sunset, you can no longer swim! But if you really want to, you can!
Infrastructure: at the entrance to the hotel, every 5-10 minutes, free minibuses go to all Taba Heights hotels until 23-00, every day and without a break! There are a lot of souvenir shops at the top of the Free Conners hotel, a bag shop, photo and video (but not in digital format), a mobile shop, oils and much more, restaurants (for an additional fee), you can also buy cigarettes cheaper there than in a store at hotel! At the hotel, I bought Egyptian Karellia Slims cigarettes for 5 bucks, and in Free Conners I found Russian cigarettes for 8 bucks, but after bargaining I bought 3 packs of 5 bucks!
Well, about the hotel like everything!
To be honest, having walked around the neighboring hotels InterContinental and Sofitel, I was very happy that my choice fell on Marriott, and please note the pricing policy of Marriott on the Tez Tour website is lower compared to Sofitel and Intercontinental, which finally pleasantly surprised me! So now if in Taboo then ONLY in Marriott!!!
Now about EXCURSIONS!

Having studied the pricing policy for a long time from local and from the tour operator, my choice fell on Jerusalem 2 days from Tez Tour (300 bucks) with an overnight stay in Bethlehem (Palestine). I WILL NEVER REGRET THAT I WENT FROM TEZ TOUR!!!! ! So as not to write for a long time, I am DELIGHTED from the excursion! Everything that was promised, we all saw, even more, thanks to Irina (the guide), she worked for many years to plan the excursion so that you could see everything and even MORE !! ! Thanks to her, we never stood in queues, going into one or another church or temple, we always got to the service, and immediately after our entry, the doors closed, and the rest of the groups stood and waited for the service to end. She tells interesting and most importantly CORRECT, not much with her attitude, but this does not spoil but complements her story! !! This is a living story of a man who knows what he is talking about!!!
Speaking of tour operators. There was a man from Russia with us in the group (Dima, if you recognized me then hello to you), so he was on such excursions 3 times, this time was 4. I went from both local and Pegasus. His opinion about Irina was only positive, he said that she was the best guide he had ever seen! And this information will agree as it seems to me objective!
And yet, I don’t know where others settle in Bethlehem (Palestine) for the night, but we lived in the best, by Arab standards, the Intercontinental Hotel! Sauna, Hammam, Swimming pool and also a gym in the hotel until 22-00 hours for free!! ! Food in the hotel is also good and good rooms!
Well, it seems like everything! If someone has any questions about the hotel or the tour, I will be happy to answer, because I myself study all the sites and reviews before the trip and I know how important the real opinion of a person who has already been there is!
