We rested in early November with my husband and daughter 1 year and 8 months from Pegasus.
The weather was super, however, on the last day of rest there was a downpour, which did not interfere with the rest at all.
From Sharm al-Sheikh airport we drove to Taba for about 3 hours. We arrived at the hotel at about 12.00, settled us quickly enough (the wait was no more than 20 minutes), although I, having read reviews about different hotels, expected that they would be settled closer to 14.00. At the entrance, bags are scanned and you pass through the frame. Cool wet towels and juice are served very handy when decorating.

The hotel is part of the Taba Heights hotel chain: 4 hotels ***** InterContinental, Marriott, Hyatt (listed in order of location along the coast from left to right) and 1 hotel **** Med Club (the name may be inaccurate), located not in the first lines, a huge golf course and a chain of shops, which we really, really liked! You can walk throughout the territory (of all hotels), go to the animation in any hotel, which makes the rest even more interesting. Along the beach area of these 4 hotels there is a running track with a length of about 3 km, so, lovers of athletics, take running shoes.
The number of rooms is built in such a way that all rooms have windows facing the sea, I think that only the pool can be seen from the rooms on the 1st floor, but the sea and the pools are very clearly visible from the rooms on the second floor. The area is very green and blooming. The hotels are located between the sea and the mountains of Taba.
By the way, the sea in Taba is not endless (Gulf of Aqaba) both during the day and, moreover, at night Jordan and Saudi Arabia are very clearly visible (see photo of the view from the window at night). Before the trip, I read in the reviews about the plant in Saudi Arabia and now I can confirm for sure that it is really visible there with the naked eye, but, firstly, the distance of about 7-8 km to it is a lot, and, secondly, the Earth is so polluted , that to strain because of this case, I think it's not worth it)))
The rooms are quite good (see photo), they clean every day, albeit specifically (the floor and the bathroom are polished to a shine, and the dust is not completely wiped off the surfaces, the towels are changed every day (sometimes they came across washed, but with stains), and the bed every 3 day (was perfect) Every day they put a bottle of water, regardless of the number of residents, and you can take a bottle of water for lunch and dinner (sometimes there is a bottle on each table, sometimes you just take it at the bar) There is a small kettle in the room ( for mothers of small children - a very important point))), a couple of bags of coffee, tea, sugar and milk powder (free of charge), cups, spoons, glasses. All rooms have balconies, wet clothes dry very well overnight.

The food is good, although there is something to strive for. Of the fruits were pomegranates, persimmons, oranges, guava, tangerines, apples, melons. Large selection of pastries and sweets. There was chicken and fish. For breakfast, they cooked fried eggs, scrambled eggs in front of you, baked waffles and pancakes, for lunch and dinner, they make pasta in front of you. There was a toaster for breakfast. For breakfast and lunch, a coffee machine with a choice of espresso, latte, cappuccino, cocoa and separate Turkish coffee, hot and cold milk. By the way, our child refused to drink Egyptian milk (relevant for mothers)) Once they made sushi for dinner, though we didn’t take them. Drinks: they use only packaged juices, bottled beer and very good dry red wine, there was also white and rose wine, a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Pepsi, 7Up, whiskey, etc. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held in the main Andaluz restaurant, which has a veranda and a summer terrace. There are a lot of seats, but sometimes there is a small queue at the entrance to the restaurant, which is explained by the fact that they create comfort, excluding crowds along the dishes. There are 2 bars on the territory: Regatta and Grotto. In Grotto, between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner, a snack: french fries, sandwiches and maybe something else, but we don’t know for sure, because. did not have a snack) Ice cream for breakfast and lunch is free, during the day for a fee.
The animation is good for children (in English) and daytime and evening, but with adult animation it’s tight, because we noticed and took part only in the daytime (aqua aerobics, water polo, beach basketball), and in the evening there was a disco in Grotto several times (but with as a child, we naturally couldn’t go there) and 1 time there was a belly dance. We went to the evening animation in Sofitel. There is also a hookah bar.
Internet in Marriott is paid both in the room and in the lobby. Again, we used the free internet in the Sofitel area.
We used the beaches of all the hotels, because they are all different and interesting in their own way: in the Intercontinental there is a sandy entrance, in the Marriott it is rocky and 100 meters from the beach there is a small reef)), in Sofitel and Hyatt the pontoons and reefs are already more serious. Towels are free. The pool is winding and not very deep (about 1.40 m), with grottoes and waterfalls in places. There is a jacuzzi and a small slide for children. There are several hammocks along the beach.
The beach also has a playground and a 40 cm pool. The playground is aimed at children over 3-4 years old: a swing without backs, a fairly high slide with a rather difficult climb, so younger children have nothing to do there. We noticed a suitable area between Marriott and Hyatt completely empty, I think it was not very conveniently located.
Electric cars run between the hotels or you can take a walk. Every half an hour, larger cars run for shopping. There is a spa, but we didn't go there, so I can't say anything about it.
We didn’t go on excursions and really liked the fact that the hotel guide from Pegasus didn’t give us everything in a row, but honestly told us that from this age it would be difficult and difficult for a child to travel to Israel, because. everywhere there are large crowds of people, queues to holy places and narrow streets.

In general, we are happy with our stay at the hotel! I would like to wish the hotel a little more ramps, because. we stretched our stroller)
Thank you all. . . : ) This is my first hotel review!
