I just returned home yesterday and I want to share my impressions in hot pursuit. We traveled through the Pegasus travel agency. I must say right away that there are no complaints about the hotel - a very beautiful area, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, an excellent large pool, and this is important, because the beach is adapted mainly for divers - a path has been cut through the corals and that’s it, you don’t buy it especially . There is a bus to the beach every half an hour. A very beautiful panorama with views of the coast of Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and even the coast of Israel is visible. The place is unique!
Very interesting excursions to Cairo, to the pyramids, to the colored canyon. Arab guides are so good, very diligent! But our guide at the hotel....this is the same fly in the ointment. To begin with, we arrived, but no one met us. No one speaks Russian at the hotel, mostly French and English people rest there. We saw our guide at 8 pm on the day of arrival once and at 9 pm before departure - the second time, when everyone was already exhausted and nervous, because in the morning at 11 o'clock the plane from Sharm, and it took more than two hours to go there, and we we even know if she ordered a bus for us. People, this unique guide is called ANAIDA, and she works in the PEGAS travel agency. Keep in mind!! ! .
For 10 days in Taba we were left to ourselves, like orphans, no one could answer our questions, no one could give us advice or recommendations on how to behave in certain situations (and situations arose! ) And absolutely no one, no one the person does not speak Russian! That's it.

Why sell tours to hotels where you can't get a guide to work, dear Pegasus workers? Or do you not know that Taba is not at all like Hurghada or Sharm el-Sheikh, this place is quite wild and the tourism business is just beginning to develop there? There, many do not know where the country of Ukraine is located.
And the rest... everything is fine.
