We flew from TezTour, the organization is excellent. Transfer from the airport - a car, the journey took less than 3 hours. The views are very beautiful: first the mountains, then the coast, there is something to admire. Upon arrival, despite the early time, we were put on bracelets and asked to give time to prepare the room. We didn’t even have time to finish our coffee when they came for us and took us to check in. Service at the highest level, which many hotels in Egypt cannot boast of. The staff is a real team. The hotel complex resembles a small town with quiet streets and galleries of shops, quite modest and extremely comfortable. Who needs gilding and pomposity, you are not here. The location of the hotel is very good: the sea and completely surrounded by mountains, the winds are not strong. Room 1208, in which we were settled, overlooking the sea, freshly renovated, spacious and equipped for a comfortable stay, a spacious balcony, drinking water in the refrigerator, 3 liters every day. Food in the main restaurant is excellent, every day, a new menu. Meat, poultry, fish, in different versions and without restrictions, a large selection of vegetables and dishes from them, pasta, dairy products, pastries, fruits. There were no queues. Drinks for lunch and dinner, sometimes in plastic, are served by waiters who are very efficient, helpful and polite. Each dinner, a dish from the chef, treats personally. Thank you very much Mr. Reda. There are coffee machines in the hotel restaurant and bars, by the pool and on the beach. Bartenders prepare cocktails: both original and optional. There is a functioning water park, but without heating. From the pool and terrace of the restaurant overlooking the sea. The beach, 1.9 km from the hotel, is sandy and pebbly, very cozy, there are no corals, the entry into the sea is comfortable. Delivery to the beach by bus number 1 every 30 minutes and bus number 2 to other beaches, every hour, strictly according to the schedule. Since the hotel is not a party hotel, the animation is not very active. On the day of departure, after check-out, at our request, they kindly agreed not to cut off the bracelets, for which we are very grateful to the management.
