The Three Corners El Wekala Golf Resort
In short, the rating is bad. We rested at the hotel from November 12 to November 22.2011. We read laudatory reviews and went in full anticipation of a super holiday. In Egypt already 6 times, we were always satisfied, and this vacation was the worst, despite our unpretentiousness.
I'll start with the cons: Of course, everything is known in comparison with what has already been seen.
- The bus to Taba takes 3 and a half hours. Pegasus gave the tour bus a small, uncomfortable one.
And there and back things lay even in the aisle.
- If you are under 60, this hotel is not for you. Just a boarding house for foreign pensioners (the British, Poles, Germans, and even Egyptian grandparents raided)
- There are almost no Russians and other Slavs, there were 5 of us in the whole hotel,

- The rooms are very unique. Pretty big room. The window is small, the balcony door too. Like in a casemate. A huge terrace, but columns so large that the view opens if you stand between them. The paint is chipped everywhere, but generally clean, if a little shabby.
- The food is very poor. The choice of food is small. The chicken was given only twice in 11 days, the meat was only one type (either meatballs, or stewed, or mixed with potatoes), the grill was done only once and it was a holiday for us. The fish is disgusting, like jelly (also in one form). Baking is so-so. The same type of buns and cupcakes. Does not smell of oriental delights. There were almost no fruits. Dates always, for breakfast diced fruits (apples, melons, oranges). Of course, the menu just shocked us,
- alcohol was of little interest to us, we didn’t like the wine, the beer is normal, but beer is paid on the beach, only sweet drinks are free, from which you want to drink even more.
- the beach is far away. Walk for 25 minutes there, back up the hill more. The bus runs every 30 minutes starting at 9.15. Inconvenient, because at 8.00 we were ready for beach treatments. I had to sit by the pool. On the beach, the sunbeds are awfully low, molded like soap dishes. You could only half-sit on them, you could sunbathe with your back only while standing or throwing the mattress directly on the sand.
- the sea, in comparison with Sharm and Hurghada, is rather meager, although for some reason they write that the rich underwater world. The corals are beautiful, but the fish are few. Again, we have something to compare.
- Animation is missing. Maybe because the hotel was 1/4 full. Music by the pool included hours for 3 and then with a break. And it's all. And since there was nowhere to go, we spent the evenings reading a book or watching TV with one of our channels.
- Hibiscus tea, which we loved, was missing. They brought water to the room.
- guide Elina from Pegasus caught my eye 2 times. We went through her to Israel, and she forgot to warn the hotel that they would leave us dinner. Having had lunch at 14.00 in Jerusalem, we remained hungry until breakfast the next day. We wanted to say everything we think about her, but we never saw her again.

PROS: Small cozy hotel. Beautiful landscape. If you are interested in golf, then between the hotel and the sea there is a chic golf course. For lovers of peace and quiet this is what you need. Although pensioners were frankly bored and withered.
