The orientation of the hotel - tourists from Belgium, Great Britain, France aged 45-65 years. The staff speaks Russian very poorly, so without knowing the basics of English it will be difficult to explain, but possible. Before the flight, there was a review about bad food, which threw me into a fever, we were traveling with friends, the girl is very picky about food, I chose the hotel, so I prepared to listen to comments. In fact, everything turned out to be completely different. In Egypt for the 5th time, we were in various kinds of hotels, I can’t complain about this food at all. Meat of two types at lunch and dinner is always plus fish. Whole meats in the form of beef and chicken. Several times there were small kebabs and always a stew with lots of vegetables and little meat. Fruits - always oranges, fresh and soaked dates, guava, melon, bananas, tangerines, pomegranates. To be honest, the assortment is normal, everything is always in large quantities, there was no shortage. Sweet pies and cookies, puddings, no biscuit cakes. A picky friend ate everything and in the end concluded that the kitchen was normal, and believe me, this is a very high rating on her part)
Our rooms were obviously after renovation, everything is updated, clean, two-level with a bed on the second level. The balcony is large and overlooked the courtyard, although it was a very priority for us where the view would be. There are Slavs in the form of Poles and Serbs, there are no Russian-speaking noisy guys, but for us this is rather a pleasant bonus.

During the rest, these unrest in Cairo just started, in connection with this the hotel was completely empty, about 40 people, all the staff are very, very polite, no one asks for a tip and behaves very correctly. At this time of the year it is very windy, it is cold to lie near the pool in the hotel, on the beach - the sand falls asleep. Right next to the hotel, the reef is dead, if you go towards Hyatt to the farthest pier - there is a fairly diverse underwater world, but for sophisticated professional snorkelers it is probably not very interesting.
The hotel is designed for a quiet and relaxing holiday, if traveling alone or with a friend will be boring. Couples and families with children will be very comfortable.
Communicated with many guests, the vast majority are regular customers, in my opinion this is the highest rating that a hotel can get.
