Rested with my brother in January-February of this year. Rest on a solid 4. I'll start with what I liked: The staff is very smiling and friendly; on the territory of the hotel there are a lot of shops with souvenirs, a supermarket, an Internet cafe, a bank... (people come from neighboring hotels for shopping); the food is excellent both in the main restaurant and in the paid restaurant "Chez Pascal" - the waiters rustle around you, but unobtrusively... if you give them a tip, they will immediately bring not 1 glass of drink, but 2-3))); really liked "Peanuts bar" - great bartenders, interior, free peanuts, and works in All mode until 00.00. In general, everything related to service is a solid 5. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there are no Russians there !!! , we were 12 days, during this time there were (with us) 15 Ukrainians in the hotel. Now for the unpleasant: the animation for the 2-Arab group, which puts the animation clearly for the Arabs (there are quite a few of them in the hotel); buses to the sea are open (in February it was pretty cool), but there is also a hotel minibus - we at the reception found out its schedule and tried to ride it or walked 10 minutes there and 15 back. They don’t speak Russian at the reception - as they explained to me, this was done in order not to exalt one language over another (for example, the Poles will come and say why you know Russian, but not Polish) - but it was possible to find a way out of this situation - we asked staff (they know Russian well) translate. And the most unpleasant moment is our hotel guide (we went from Lik-tour) this miracle is called Nasib-naeb... he cheats at every step - he wanted to rip us off an additional 15 bucks for an excursion to Israel, when we started to get indignant, he said " Is 15 dollars a lot for you? "..... in short, say hello to him, and at the slightest misunderstanding, threaten to call a company representative in Egypt - he is very afraid of this....
