Not enough for swimming and shopping. Do everything at your pace.
On the trip itself, I do not recommend buying in stores that the accompanying guide leads to. Twenty meters to the left or to the right and you buy the same goods not for 5 dollars, but for 5 shekels. Four times cheaper.
