first time in Egypt. chose Taba to go to Israel, and to take a break from everything at the end of the world) read reviews. I was very worried, worried, but everything turned out perfectly. perhaps this is also because we have almost nothing to compare with (we were only in Eilat, but lived in a villa, cooked ourselves).
arrived late in the evening, arrived at the hotel at 3 am, check-in lasted 5 minutes, in the room, dinner was waiting for us. The room was given as promised, overlooking the pool, the neighboring building and the sea. clean, comfortable, everything as in the description. cleaned well, towels changed every day, everything worked.
the territory is beautiful, for the desert - quite green. the sea is 2 steps from the pool, entry from the shore, barefoot. swim a little and reefs. you can walk to the pontoon. sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, everything is comfortable. pools are different - warmer, cooler, with sea water, children's, jacuzzi.

the food was excellent, a couple of days in a smaller restaurant, but then they moved to a larger, more elegant one. in the morning you can always ask for an omelette or scrambled eggs, they cook in front of you. yoghurts, cheeses, ham, fresh and baked vegetables, pancakes, milk porridge, toast you can fry yourself, jam, honey, and all that. for dinner every day there was something new - lula kebab cooked right in front of the restaurant on the grill, cooked in different ways chicken, beef, lamb, fish. many sweets, from fruits - bananas, guava, dates, pears, oranges, figs.
from 10 am in the bar, alcoholic local and non-alcoholic drinks. from 12 noon - snacks (sandwiches, french fries), ice cream.
the staff is friendly, unobtrusive, many speak a little Russian, if suddenly not - English to help. animators are good guys, not annoying, so to speak.
sea. this is the best of the best. The Gulf of Aqaba is beautiful, there was no such clear water even in Eilat, which is only half an hour away, despite the fact that the bottom is sandy. stunning views of Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
if you are traveling for the sea, relaxation and tranquility and want to spend time in comfort, this is the place to go.
There are more Arabs than Russian speakers. Personally, it just made me happy. they are mostly with families, their children are calm, no screams, no tantrums. and quite pleasant people themselves (Egyptians, Jordanians themselves).
heard talk that "I'm in Egypt for the fifth time and I'm bored. " but if a person knew where he was going, I just don’t understand what else should be there to make it fun. many need communication, and because of this they are bored (so they said), but the hotel has nothing to do with it, as for me.
by bus from the hotel you can go to the market, there are souvenirs, a supermarket, silver, perfume, clothes, etc.
I also managed to go to Israel, but this is a separate story)
if I go to Egypt again, I will definitely go to Taba, and most likely to Sofitel, although I would also like to see Movenpick and Hilton
