Around ten in the evening, the horizon shone with the bright lights of Jordan and, miraculously, the guide was delighted with the news that we had arrived in Sofitel. Bags in hand and here is the reception, a smile and a glass of juice as a gift, a couple more minutes and Mohamed at the reception handed us the key to the room, smiling mysteriously. My bags were immediately carefully picked up by the ever-smiling porter, for which he received a couple of dollars. Entering the room, I was very surprised by a strange door in the wall, opening it, I saw a passage to the next room. A young couple who were accommodated with us, at the suggestion of Muhamed, were settled with us in a family room. The meaning of the deception came right there, two separate married couples had to live 10 days, like children with their parents. Hearing all the sounds and rustles of each other, I won’t say anything about separate beds at all, flatly, refusing to spend the night in such conditions, we again ended up at the reception. And then the mysteriously smiling Mukhamed announced a fee of 100 bucks from each pair and you will have a view and separate numbers, for ten minutes we begged him for half the price, but in response the phrase: "no, sorry, system. " The time is about 12 at night, in principle, I sit down on the couch at the reception and say: "I will spend the night here. " To which Muhammad replied, spend the night on the bench. Here's the luxery for you. I take out my camera and take a picture of this Egyptian Mukhamed, promising to put it in a review, which I do, as promised. Then, I give him 100 bucks and get a super room on the 4th floor. So hello Muhammad!! ! I hope you shared a hundred bucks with your superiors. Next, I will speed up my impressions. Doesn't smell like luxury. We have been in Egypt many times, there is something to compare, food for four, you will not stay hungry, the waiters are very helpful, they smile and try to please, we put 5. The room is a super view for a thousand bucks. Jordan and Israel sparkle on the horizon with crystals of fire at night, everything is in order, from plumbing to electrics, the territory is excellent, large and there is greenery, the pools are huge and cold. One morning, we stumbled upon a dead rat, I'm attaching a photo. The sea is a separate issue, every morning the tide is low, you wander a hundred meters and waist deep, the reef is dead, full of poisonous hedgehogs, who likes to dive in the wrong place, I saw how the reef should look, but it's just a disappointment, there are fish, a dozen large and a hundred small ones, I put a hard one on the sea 3. Arabs with children come in for the weekend, the result is a camp of gypsies, a dirty canteen without food, licking spoons, empty vessels with food, cigarette butts and dirt, glasses in the pool, women in adidas hijabs, floating dressed in the pool, also eating in hijab masks, raising the black cloth on their faces, noise and Arabic chanting until night, drunken Muslims who beat furniture until three in the morning, I write as an eyewitness, I personally observed how they were led by the arms staggering around the rooms. Boys who piss in the sea, right in front of you, in a trickle. And constant views on Russian women and men with condemnation and anger. True, it's strange? Here's a sofitel luxery hotel for you. The last three days, I regretted that I settled in this hotel. I took some photos to complete my story…. By the way, I forgot about the crows, there are a lot of them everywhere and in flocks they steal food and things on the beach, they drink from glasses like vacationers. I do not recommend staying in Sofitel, but if you stay there for 2 days due to a trip to Israel, then this is another matter, 7 or 10 days is there, it is tiring.
