We arrived at 10 am at Taba airport - a small building, as it turned out, a military facility. It's +11 outside and windy, but it's warmer on the shore. However, the cold wind accompanied us all the time of rest. The hotel is a 40 minute serpentine drive.
The hotel is large, the territory is also appropriate (perhaps the largest in Taba): a sea of greenery, bridges; there is a reservoir with several cascades, in which various geese swim, accustomed to hand-feeding bread.
The hotel is long, made in the form of a slightly curved letter W. Interestingly, the entrance to the hotel entrance is located at the level of the second floor, the indoor pool is located just below it.
The bulk of vacationers are Russians and Ukrainians. There are also many French and Poles. On Friday, a lot of Israelis and Palestinians come to the hotel, leaving on Sunday to go back to their place.

We were given a room with a sea view. The apartments themselves are oversized - with extra space for a sofa, two chairs and a table. Large bathroom with bath and shower, bidet, mirror on almost the entire wall and hair dryer. The room also has a mini-fridge and safe. Upset room cleaning: the first two days after arrival it was not at all, as well as the promised drinking water. After talking with the holiday manager, the situation improved somewhat. However, the bed for all the time has never been changed, and vacuumed only once.
The second thing I didn't like was the food: monotonous, with a small selection of meat dishes. The choice of sweets and fruits also does not shine with variety. The only thing I remember was the crabs, which were given once. Natural juice (mango, guava) can be found in the bar to the right of the reception. The hotel also has three restaurants: fish, Chinese and Oriental.
The beach area is large, there are sunbeds with sun loungers and a shower. There were not enough barriers against the wind and some stools for things.
The sea is clean, the bottom is rocky with small pebbles. On the left edge of the coast, near the fence with the neighboring hotel, there is a small coral reef with a large number of beautiful fish, it is near this place that vacationers prefer to stay. Swim slippers ($8) and snorkel masks ($16) can be bought at the shop near the reception, but it is cheaper to buy them in stores.
The animators do a good job, every morning they walk along the shore, inviting to bocha, volleyball, darts, stretching, water gymnastics. In the evenings, various performances are organized in the indoor pool (performances by dancers, competitions, disco). I also want to mention the guitarist who plays every evening in the lobby near the reception.
Taba itself is a dozen or two hotels and a couple of shops, there is nothing special to see there. The main attraction is the proximity to the Egyptian-Israeli border, which is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. A one-day excursion to Israel (TezTour) costs $130, a two-day Israel-Jordan tour costs $415. Private traders, of course, are cheaper.
In general, we liked the rest, but next time we plan to try another hotel for a change.
