Hello Everyone who is interested in staying in a good hotel in Egypt and traveling to the neighboring states of Israel and Jordan. This hotel was chosen by my wife referring to the reviews of tourists, as well as for the purpose of traveling to Israel. And so we went with the whole family (2 adults, a child of 6 years old and an infant of 11 months), the hotel delights with the size of its territory, well-groomed, artificial river with living creatures (ducks, geese) that you can feed. They got a standard room with a view of the inner garden, but later "exchanged" it for a sea view (the cost of the wife's whim is $ 20). The food is excellent, cape, chicken, fish are always available and in different forms, the sea is green, the children's menu, a varied menu every day, sociable and friendly hotel employees. Everything was great until we encountered the disgusting attitude, incompetence and indifference of Pegasus guides Michael and Ulan. Which, in turn, did not answer the questions asked about trips to Israel. They didn't even know about payments at the border, etc. In general, we had to buy a trip in the nearby Hilton (half the price!!! ). Anyone interested in learning please ask! Moreover, both of these guides evicted us a day ahead of schedule from the hotel and sent us not on our flight to another city !! ! For them to be empty....
