We rested at the Hilton from May 30 to June 10. Obvious - the Hilton is quite a decent hotel, the rest in which, on the whole, left a favorable impression. Incredible is the Pegasus Hany Omar transfer guide, I have never seen such incredible rudeness for my money. And now in more detail:
A hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful grounds. We were settled quickly enough, without additional payment we got a room with a sea view and a balcony (the view of the mountains is rather dreary and there are no balconies in the rooms). The hotel staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The staff in bars and restaurants is also unobtrusive, so sometimes ordering drinks is problematic. Although "our" tourist will not be surprised by the polite disregard of bartenders and waiters. The menu in the restaurant for 12 days practically did not change and was not particularly pleasing. Of course, they didn’t go hungry, but sometimes they came across frankly inedible food or “spoiled” cottage cheese. In a word - Egyptian 5 * and Turkish 5 * are not the same thing. In fairness, it should be noted that in terms of price / quality ratio, the Hilton is a worthy option and ideal for traveling to Israel and Jordan.
We traveled from the company SaifTour, good organization of trips and excellent guides, as well as comfortable buses and well-rested drivers (which is very important). The impressions are the most positive.

In general, the rest went well as always, and everyone was in a good mood until they met the Pegasus transfer guide on the way back.
Transfer guide Hany Omar started yelling at tourists in the lobby of the hotel, because they met him while sitting and this did not show him due respect. He drove my sister out of the front seat on the bus (she is motion sick in a car) and began to yell that if you feel sick, then you need to order an individual transfer for yourself so as not to disturb anyone (by the way, the transfer is a service we paid for). Further more, the bus driver started smoking in the bus. He was remarked. In response, he explained that he did not sleep the night and if he did not smoke, then... he would fall asleep (this is about the safety of tourists, which is provided by the Pegasus company). And the transfer guide again began to yell that you tourists do not decide anything here, and they have a rule that allows drivers to smoke right on the bus with tourists. This is such an incredible story.
Three families have come from the Hilton to the airport who no longer want to use the services of the Pegasus company.
