We went together with a girlfriend in November 2011. I somehow tried to write everything and finally decided). It was my first time in Egypt, so I don’t really have anything to complain about. The hotel is large, beautiful, clean. The staff is unobtrusive, but if you give a dollar (!!! ) then they will fulfill all your whims.
We had a room in the second building, on the second floor overlooking the sea, the salt lake and the Laguna restaurant. There was never any noise from the restaurant, such a quiet place. . .
The room is large, spacious, clean, cleaned every day. But the bed was changed most likely every other day. a bar and there you can take everything the same for free. There was an electric kettle, tea, coffee and cream replenished every day (it's free).
There is a shower and a toilet in the bathroom. Hot water was all the time, although on the first day it drained for a very long time, which we didn’t understand whether it would be or not))). Bathrobes, of course, are not the first freshness, not snow-white, but clean. Well, as usual there were slippers, towels and shower sets....
There was a lot of food and all kinds of different things. Of course, for the first five days we ate plenty, and then switched to oatmeal in the morning))
Very tasty pastries. There were not very many fruits, probably not the season. Well, on the 10th day, of course, we all got tired of it... although as I remember now, we didn’t try so many...
We also met the manager of the hotel and he went five times a day and asked if everything was OK)), as soon as the staff saw that we were talking to him, they treated us more attentively . .
There are a lot of Germans, Russians, Americans in the hotel. . . but during the entire stay we did not see a single Ukrainian (!!!!! ).
In general, I don’t know what else to write... If someone is specifically interested in something, write in a personal, I will answer with pleasure.
P. S. Due to our inexperience, we went with the Anex tour, and so we have never seen a guide for the whole time of our vacation !! ! We will not go anywhere else with this tour operator.
A guide from Pegasus looked after us there. You could come to her with any, even the most stupid question!
In general, if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, then this is the place for you!
