Staff - attentive, but a little blunt, even zagrovarivaya with them in English. lang. hard to understand you. Sometimes they forgot to bring something ....I had to take it myself. The staff was sometimes quite impudent, but these are only some of the waiters working in the restaurant. Room cleaning is the only negative of this hotel. I don’t know about other tourists, but we were cleaned only at 5 pm, by the way, tips in this hotel DO NOT HELP, so you can say to the staff with peace of mind - THANK YOU! and that's all ....it's better to buy souvenirs with this money : )


Speaking of souvenirs, a solid monopoly in the shops in the hotel. I had to buy only from them, as there is nowhere else. If you go on an excursion to Cairo, it will be much EXPENSIVE. A trip to Jerusalem is a fairy tale!
