Having chosen Taba as our place of rest, we were aware that this is a completely DIFFERENT EGYPT. There is no big city nearby, as in Hurghada and Sharm. The hotel is almost in the desert, around the mountains, near the border, you feel remote from civilization. We went, like many others, because of excursions. From here closer to Israel-Jerusalem, Cairo. In short, the hotel is not 5 *, but only with a claim on them: a safe in the room, glass glasses, cocktails of the day, ice cream (once a day for 1 hour) It seems that the entire territory and scope of work in the hotel is not enough personnel: some of it is all unfinished and unfinished. The food is monotonous, there are few fruits. In Palmyra there are queues for food. True, if you go up to the upper restaurant, there are fewer people there: not everyone goes 118 steps to it : ). Cleaning is disgusting, and even in the afternoon, when everyone rest. Animation nothing: as everywhere exercise, volleyball, polo, belly dance. My son had a birthday, while relaxing at the hotel, I informed the animators about this several times, no one even raised an ear to congratulate. In the evening, there is a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation in Fatush. It spoils the impression of a hookah for $ 3. There are practically no Russian-speaking animators, even in the children's club, although the majority of vacationers are Russians.
But, oddly enough, despite all the shortcomings, we liked the rest. The sea is super, the fish are ready to sell their souls for a bun! It is better to take a wind turbine early in the morning, otherwise it may not be enough.
So, the conclusion from all of the above is a good combination of price and quality.
