Nicolas and Elena were resting in Budva. Very unpleasant. The owners are unpleasant people, and workers are even more unpleasant. A very strange smell in the territory in and the room. On a rather beautiful territory there are hills and a table under a canopy, but you will not sit there or lie down, because at the table are constantly sitting the owners who look at you from above.

On a rather beautiful territory there are hills and a table under a canopy, but you will not sit there or lie down, because at the table are constantly sitting the owners who look at you from above. The numbers are not in the best condition. Three adult girls rested, for some reason there was an unnecessary crib that took place. The hangers are broken. Until the end of the rest, the bed could not withstand (although two thin girls just slept on it) and the mattress rolled down. There was an unpleasant situation with the owner about dirty towels (because of our fault, there are no claims), during which the woman did not control her statements, shouted and allowed herself to "tighten" us in the fact that we had a bottle of alcohol on the table on the table. And what? We are on vacation. It's somehow too.
This is the first negative response that has been left for a year after rest, because we still can't forget and let go. We understand that this villa is a budget option, but there should be minimal respect for their guests who pay money for good rest. It seems that we just asked for free to live in someone at home.
Don't make our mistakes.
Good rest to anyone who is looking for a cool hotel. Budva is a cool choice. The main thing is not Villa Nicholas and Elen.

Cozy three-storey villa with hospitable hosts (Radomir and Bogdanka). Located away from the road, has its own well-groomed small area with flowers, shrubs and olive trees. To the sea 10-15 minutes walk. Within walking distance are two grocery supermarkets with good prices for Budva. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a safe, a wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables, a small table, Wi-Fi (not good in all rooms).

The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a safe, a wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables, a small table, Wi-Fi (not good in all rooms). Bathroom combined, shower, hair dryer. A common loggia per floor with round tables (according to the number of rooms) and armchairs. Clothes dryers on the balcony. Electric kettle one per floor. There is no kitchen in the room. If something needs to be heated in the microwave, then contact the owners. Bed linen was changed for us once on the seventh day, towels (two per person) - every day. For all of the above, no additional payment was taken from us. In general, the impressions of the villa and the owners are very good.
The ticket was taken with breakfast and dinner. They were tied to a cafe-pizzeria, with all the ensuing consequences. Definitely only the eldest child liked it - finally they gave me plenty of pizza to eat. We were never hungry (large portions), but the menu did not shine with a special variety and sophistication. Pretentious to food, it is better to take a ticket without meals and find a cafe to your taste.
The beaches in Budva are pebbly - from small pebbles (almost like sand) to medium. The sea and beaches are clean. The attitude of the local population towards the Russians is good. Tourists are mainly Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians. English is rarely spoken. The owner of the villa knows German well. If you want to meet a Chinese, then you have to go "storm" the fortress of Kathor - they come across there.

We had a very good rest! Very hospitable and friendly hosts! We felt at home! Very cozy and well maintained patio. The room has TV, WI-FI, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Very cozy terrace. To the beach about 10 minutes on foot, close to a supermarket, restaurants.

To the attention of tourists traveling to Budva: there are at least 5 villas with the name Elena. Unfortunately, tour operators (almost all) do not specify which of the "Elenas" you fall into, hence a lot of incorrect information. For example, we were promised a mini-kitchen, and warned about the lack of a hair dryer in the room (we had to drag our own) - as a result, there was a hair dryer and there was no kitchenette at all.

Moreover, for a glass of boiling water (with tap water), the owners took 30 cents. Fortunately, we bought a water mug for 3 euros at a kiosk nearby and the problem was solved. Towels were changed every day, but until you ask, they will not clean the room, and for all 12 days they NEVER changed the bed. Otherwise, everything was not bad: a safe, and air conditioning and a good bathroom, a magnificent veranda and a cozy courtyard.
