With the initial agreement for 4 days, it turned out that she had 3 days written in her journal. As a result, we with neighbors with 3 children were simply evicted from the rooms. At the same time, on the day of arrival, we specified both about 4 days and about the date of departure, THE MONEY TAKEN FROM US FOR 4 DAYS. In the end, I was accused of being my mistake. And the road to the house - 5 hours. And the neighbors don’t have a car at all, they just have to come for them the next day.
In addition, having agreed on a boat trip for 6 adults and two children, it turned out that 7 adults and 3 children were traveling. The cost of the trip was not recalculated to us. In addition, with the originally declared "Children are free", they eventually took 500 rubles. for an 8 year old child. "What are you listening to? " said the hostess. (EVALUATE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE! ) The boat is tiny, uncomfortable, because of the extra person it was uncomfortable to sit, adults were sitting at the stern. At the same time, no one offered life jackets to us adults. And on the children's he blew air and the fasteners were torn off.
The rooms are very stuffy, there is no air conditioning even in VIPs, there is not even a fan. Flies and mosquitoes were our constant companions.
There is no beach. There is a small area of land (not sand! ) with 5-6 prehistoric sunbeds. NO PASS TO THE BEACH!! ! We walked across the VERANDA OF THE ANOTHER HOUSE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, construction tools and materials lay around. Children, of course, alone were not allowed anywhere, to break their legs in such conditions - just spit! The beach is not equipped in any way: a flimsy pier without handrails, stones, sea urchins, thorny plants, nettles on the beach, the remains of iron fittings are lying around. How, with such a beach, does the base position itself as a center for a "family" holiday ?!
The territory of the base is filled with cars of vacationers. Every now and then you think about how not to fit into someone's jeep.
I won’t write about the road - probably everyone has already been set on edge for 8 km. pothole. Transfer from Andreevka costs crazy money 1500 by minibus, 2500 by boat.

The base has almost everything for the traditional recreation of Far Eastern Russians: accommodation in separate log houses or buildings with amenities, two swimming pools (for children and adults), a bathhouse, billiards, green and flowering territory, climbing and jumping for children, barbecue and gazebo. Separately, I note - 3 meals a day in the dining room is very good, for children the most it.
About the sea - it is the cleanest at the "Sea Breeze", without sea grass, but the bottom is strewn with stones, and stars and hedgehogs start from the depth to the waist. To avoid meeting with them, there is a small platform leading to the depth, but the pier-platform is narrow, without handrails and you can’t walk on it, and even more so run in shales (the son broke his leg, catching his shoes on the boards of the pier). There is no beach as such, only a small strip of sand between the water and coastal thickets, there are several sunbeds.
About entertainment. They are traditional there - swimming, snorkeling, catamaran and boat trips, fishing, as well as hiking and horse riding to nearby bays. I liked quiet hunting most of all - picking mushrooms, no blood-sucking insects, swamps, you go along the slopes of the hills or just along the roads and collect them. Super!
About the roads, there are no roads on Vityaz and nearby Andreevka, only directions. Boulders, puddles, muddy soil, deep gullies, but despite the risk of killing the walker, people stubbornly climb to rest. By the way, a transfer from Ussuriysk to Vityaz - 1000 rubles. per person, from Andreevka to Vityaz - from 800 rubles. All because of the lack of roads.
About seafood and diarrheal rivers. Do not buy seafood in stores or by hand!!!!! ! Book in advance only with the owners of the boarding house. Otherwise, severe poisoning! You can catch shrimp yourself. And no crabs!
