My daughter and I rested with a friend and her 2 children at this hotel from 19.06. 2026 to 26.06. 2026. We flew into El Alamein airport, the road to the hotel took 50 minutes by comfortable bus. My daughter and I rested with a friend and her 2 children at this hotel from 19.06. 2026 to 26.06. 2026. We flew into El Alamein airport, the road to the hotel took 50 minutes by comfortable bus. There is absolutely no area for walking outside the hotel, because there is a continuous desert and construction at every step. The hotel's territory is well-groomed, green, the employees are friendly, they speak only Arabic and English, but they turn on the translator and dictate the text so that you understand. The hotel positions itself as a "no alcohol", there is no alcohol in the restaurant at all, you can drink local alcoholic drinks, coffee from the machine, beer, Sprite, Coca-Cola, Fanta only at the bar on the beach from morning till night. The food is delicious, the pastries are good, various sponge cakes, jelly cakes. The fruits served were varied: watermelon, mango, melon of different types, peaches, apricots, grapes, dates, oranges, apples. The coffee from the machine is delicious, the waiters bring it. Everything is very clean, there are 4 swimming pools on the territory, clean, especially chlorinated water. The hotel has only 61 rooms, because of this there are few people and peace reigns. For afternoon tea and late lunch on the territory they bake pizza in the oven. There are no pharmacies or shops, only one stall where you can buy suntan lotions and various souvenirs. The rooms are clean, European-style, not the same Egypt as in Sharm or Hurghada at all. The towels are snow-white, fluffy, clean. The beach is something fantastic, really Maldives, the sunbeds are new, clean. The temperature is 27-29 degrees, but really like 35-37, the water is warm, in the evenings there is a cool breeze, so pleasantly cool. We are all very happy with this trip. In the end, there are only 2 minuses: the Internet is only at the reception, 2 meters from there and it is not there, there will be no Internet at all on the territory and all week there were red flags on the beach, high waves and they did not let you into the water further than knee-deep. On the right, 10-15 minutes walk, there was a bay, there is just paradise, water without waves. This is the incredible beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, I am delighted. The hotel is suitable only for those who love peace and quiet, without slides, with minimal animation, just rest for the body and soul.

The hotel is not big, compact, the staff is friendly, the animators Chiko and Musa are great, always positive. The staff in the restaurant is the best, responsive. Cleaning was every day! And now the negative: very rude employees at the reception, spread incorrect rumors, tried to bring to a conflict by any means, then began to say that you speak my language (Arabic) or English.

And now the negative: very rude employees at the reception, spread incorrect rumors, tried to bring to a conflict by any means, then began to say that you speak my language (Arabic) or English. As a result, during the eviction, they provided a questionnaire with estimates and began to apologize.
There are no shops and pharmacies on the territory, and they will not give you the opportunity to buy anything, that is, without the permission of the police, you will not be let out of the hotel.
So take with you all the spf cream, toothpaste, brush.
Also, everything that is possible from diarrhea and nausea is mandatory.
With a fight, you can take shampoo, because at check-in there were not full jars of soap and air conditioning.
And now the Mediterranean Sea, in our period there was often a yellow wave flag, the calm was complete only on July 3, and the last days the red flag.
Would I go back to this hotel, probably NO!!!
P / S take the number carefully, look for cracks and chips in windows, lamps, etc. As a result, you will be billed.
Check the windows, because the wind shattered the glass in the window in the morning, and we were accused, "There is NO WIND", "THE ROOM HAS BEEN RENTED TO YOU AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY"...pay 25u. e ....We didn’t break it and, out of principle, began to prove it, as a result we wrote to our travel agency, which resolved the issue, changed the window in four days, and did a general cleaning, it must be borne in mind that two small children lived in the room, i. e. this negligent attitude towards the client. Other boys paid 45 c. u. upon departure. e. for a crack in the lamp. Draw your own conclusions!!! !
