Good afternoon. I can't wait to share with you my great impressions of a tourist trip to France.
We just fell in love with this country! Considering that we have never been abroad, it was very difficult to decide when choosing a European country, which implies obtaining a Schengen visa. But thanks to professional tourism managers, all organizational issues somehow passed by us, and we just had to enjoy our vacation. The first walk around the city took us to another dimension: the Louvre, the Palais Royal, the embankments and bridges of the Seine, the Tuileries Garden, Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysees, everything is so new and at the same time familiar from numerous books and films! Such beauty!
Apogee of the second day - the Eiffel Tower! Built in 1889. Architect Gustave Eiffel. Height 324 meters. Weight 10100 tons. Overview of 73 km in circumference. For 40 years, the tower was the tallest building in the world.
Almost 7 million people visit the tower every year, and now, finally, our turn has come! The first thing that comes to mind when in close proximity to "La dame de fer" (Iron Lady) is some kind of fantasy! Lovers cannot create this, but nevertheless it is so and when! 124 years ago! Wonders!
Climbing.
The smallest line, offhand let's say 100 people, to the foot, from where the pedestrian ascent to the two upper platforms of the tower is carried out. It is necessary to overcome 704 steps! In principle, tolerable, the main thing is not to tear from the first meters. Having distributed forces over the entire distance, we are rewarded with a beautiful panorama of the city. Appetite comes with eating! The topmost platform is a goal worthy of conquest, and we are again standing in a long queue for the ticket office and the elevator, which makes the final throw to a height of two hundred and eighty meters.
It is impossible to describe and tell, it must be felt and lived!
