Dreams come true - I'm in Paris! (sightseeing bus tour)
I also just returned from the bus tour "Dreams come true - I'm in Paris. "
An excellent program (a lot of cities - Eger in Hungary-Vienna-Munich-Paris (3 days) -Verona and Venice in Italy-Balaton and Budapest in Hungary), a low price of a tour (500 euros for 11 days) and at the same time - efforts" of the tour operator to spoil the impressions of the trip to the maximum and load everyone with absolutely unnecessary everyday problems. For some reason, 3 accompanying people were put in a group of 40 people at once (as in Krylov's fable - "a swan, a cancer and a pike", who all the time pulled everything and everyone in different directions, and when they tried to figure out who was to blame, they blamed everything on each other) . The whole trip did not leave the impression that the accompanying people were also on vacation, and not at work.
In the Campanilla hotel in Paris (in Clichy, boulevard Berthier, 17), adults were accommodated in 2-bed rooms with a 3rd bed "extra bed" - cramped to the point of disgrace, and a settlement was announced in 3-bed standard rooms).
According to the program - 1 night crossing, in reality there were 3 of them - in a crowded bus it's quite tiring. A bus older than 5 years, constantly had to defend for 9 hours (according to the rules of the European Union), it took a lot of time for the excursions themselves (constantly 3-hour excursions were replaced by 2-hour ones - for example, in Vienna we were taken near the central RING area, while not showing the main sights of Vienna - Graben Street and St. Stephen's Cathedral - motivating this by the lack of time and the fact that there are a lot of people in Vienna City Day and in the center, so why was it necessary to bring them to Vienna then ? , free time - was reduced to 5-15 minutes instead of 2 hours), and the pinnacle of our tour operator's "skill" is the supposedly promised additional bonus - an extra day in Budapest on the way back - resulted from constant overlays and bus delays in arriving in Budapest at 20.30 pm and checking into a hotel, and in the morning We had to leave immediately after breakfast. The maximum that tourists managed to do was to hastily buy several magnets in an already closing shop. And then, it was possible only for those tourists who in advance refused lunch in Budapest (which took place at 21.00 - why not lunch time! ).
It is difficult to spoil Paris, Venice, Verona, Munich, but the brave company of escorts tried. Very. But they failed, because the impressions from the trip were the most wonderful. And I can advise the agency itself - do not save on trifles (after all, the cost of the bus sludge could be reduced to 5 hours by paying 800 euros for a special permit - well, they would have scattered this amount of 20 euros for 40 tourists - it would not be so much on the cost of a ticket you can see) and, most importantly, do not try to get super profits (your nerves were spent much more on explanations with angry tourists from the 3rd extra bed than the "savings" on the settlement instead of 3-bed rooms in 2-bed rooms with an extra bed) .
I hope that in the future you will review the tour and change the inconveniences to the maximum, which can still be excluded, and then the trip will give people real pleasure from traveling to countries such as France, Austria and Italy.
