I strongly do not recommend doing business with this hotel!! ! They threw it twice! The first time we tried to poke around at this hotel in Munich, it was already late at night, we were faced with the problem of the complete absence of at least a single living soul, not only in the reception area, but throughout the hotel. After talking with the automatic check-in machine, the first link on the screen told us that without a preliminary reservation on the FIG website, you would get here at all, and this reservation can only be made until 6 pm, the second link on the screen told us that if you do not have a preliminary armor, then click here, but to our great regret it was not pressed, it was grayed out. And without splitting up any positive outcome from the machine, without reaching any door of the hotel, we had to leave. The next time, an attempt to deal with this hotel took on an even sadder turn: again, at night, at 12 o’clock, having made a preliminary reservation for this hotel room on the way to Paris in. Metz, we arrived at the hotel with full confidence about the settlement and sound sleep, again faced with the lack of a living soul in the area, we were already sure that having a reservation at the hotel we could handle the machine and settle safely, but it wasn’t there. Following the instructions on the screen of the machine, we pressed all the necessary links, entered the room reservation number, checked all the data and the amount, and, satisfied with ourselves, swiped the card to make the payment. After waiting a couple of minutes while the system thought, we received a refusal to carry out this operation. After repeating the payment attempt many more times, we realized that we clearly need help. They began to call the hotline and ask for help, they spoke in English, they didn’t understand us and didn’t even try to understand and help, they just said “we can’t hear you” (this despite the fact that we were yelling so that the whole hotel must have us heard), or they answered "we don't understand" and just hung up. So, after spending an hour trying to get either payment or help, getting neither, we had to leave. . Fortunately for us, 5 km. there is an Ibis hotel, which welcomed us cordially and even fed us. Waking up in the morning in full satisfaction that we still managed to settle down, eat, sleep, and in anticipation of a meeting with Paris, we began to gather for breakfast, and then we found out that at 5:50 in the morning the Bed & Breakfast Hotel (B&B) had withdrawn the amount from the card for booking a room without breakfast. Having received from them neither the opportunity to pay for the already booked room, nor the help of the hotline, in the end, they also withdrew money for the service not provided. The impression of this hotel remained the most indelible. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! !
