Finally, the storm of emotions and impressions from the trip has calmed down a bit, and I can safely write a so-called review. I traveled with my mother from August 21-28.2014. We chose the Fiat 2 * hotel, located in a chic area of Paris - between the Moulin Rouge and the Grand Opera. Perhaps this is where all its advantages end! I will not write about the meager, monotonous breakfast and small rooms in the hotel, we were ready for this! But, alas, we were not prepared for frank rudeness and dirt! Yes, Paris conquered us, on the one hand, with the splendor and luxury of castles, and, on the other, with romance, the aroma of perfumes and croissants! Even the almost daily rain did not interfere with enjoying the greatness of this city! Disappointment suddenly crept up from a completely different side....I would never have thought that our stay in Paris would be overshadowed by the attitude of our former compatriots towards us! Dear Dmitry and Stella! You can’t live in such dirt! Dirty linens, age-old dust on the bedside tables and sconces, a clogged sink, and the floor was not swept at all!! ! Thank God they took out the trash! Towels were changed 1 time in 7 days - our joy knew no bounds! Gentlemen, even in the cheapest hostels, guests do not live in such dirt and twilight! A very ill-conceived breakfast system. Breakfast started promptly at 7.30 and many tours start at 7.50 near the Grand Opera. Imagine how fast you need to swallow breakfast and have time to run to the Grand Opera! Our requests to give breakfast at least 5 minutes earlier, we received a rude refusal. The final situation of our torment was the following situation. Since the flight was early, we asked for a Lunch box. In no other hotel in the world, this did not cause surprise and negativity. But at the Fiat 2 * hotel, we heard an interesting answer: "If something remains from today's breakfast, then we will give it to you". You know, I felt like not a welcome guest of this hotel, but a street beggar, although the last breakfast was paid for! Yes, I understand, dear owners of the Fiat 2* hotel! You may not give a damn about such reviews, but believe me, this is not the way to treat tourists, no matter what country they are! Stella, you are a charming woman, and a smile on your face would make you much nicer and younger! All the Russian-speaking staff of the hotel said with all their appearance: “You are not welcome here! ”. Only the French concierges pleased me - this is a real smile, hospitality and professionalism! I want to believe that my negative review will be the last! I hope that tourists from all over the world will be happy to choose your hotel and enjoy cleanliness and hospitality!
