The hotel was chosen based on location - close to attractions, near the metro - 2 branches, you can quickly get anywhere in Paris. On foot near the Sacre-Ke, the Moulin Rouge, the Opera and others.
The room is clean, cozy, there is a bathroom (which is not typical for most inexpensive Parisian hotels), a kettle with a set of tea and coffee. Great Wi-Fi.
In general, for those who came with their family for a few days to see Paris - that's it.
Another advantage is that there are several supermarkets (Carrefour, etc. ) on the same street, and a bunch of small shops, so diversify the menu, buy wine + cheese to decorate your leisure time or to take home - not a problem. The only thing to remember is that in Paris, alcohol is not sold in stores after 21:00. Want a drink after 9 pm - just a bar. To walk with wine on Montmartre or admire the glow of Eif. towers, lying on the grass and sipping wine - wine must be bought in advance.

Cons - a small room for breakfast (but this is normal for Paris), breakfast - not a buffet, but bring everyone pastries, yogurt, butter, cheese. That is, the range is so-so, but it is normal to eat and not starve until dinner. Breakfast costs 8 Euros, we took through the Booking for 7 Euros, for the same money you can drink coffee with a sandwich or something in the diner, if the "meatless" breakfast is not enough.
A big plus - next to McDonald's, where a set of double ciabatta + cola costs 5 Euros, and a bunch of other inexpensive snacks. We had enough with our heads to eat for lunch.
Typical problems in Paris - bedbugs, odors and crowding - are absent.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. Just ask for a room with windows to the courtyard, not the street - a hotel on a busy street next to the Moulin Rouge, can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the windows open.
